Disappointing. Cielito Lindos food and service has certainly gone downhill over the past year or two. This used to be our go-to place, and this evening we dined here (because La Hacienda on Glenstone was closed) and it was a huge disappointment and waste of money. Our food took quite a while to come out, the customer services was almost non-existant (we had two servers tag-teaming our table of two and never received refills), and our orders were wrong (we each ordered cheese enchiladas and received ground beef enchiladas). The beef was severely under-seasoned and the salsa is bland. On the up-side, the chile relleno is extra-cheesy and tasty.

My kids and I have went here three or four times. The staff is friendly but service was slow. We went several weeks ago and will not return. We were the only customers, at this times. The waitress took our good and drink order. Brought us one drink and we never saw her again. The kitchen staff brought us our food while the wait staff sat in a different part of the restaurant discussing their plans for the weekend. We all needed drink refills but couldnt get anyones attention to help us. We had to have someone look up our order so we could pay. Food was good.

We were there just after the lunch rush and the place was empty. Salsa was bland. Neither the fajita nor quesadilla had very much meat. Plenty of vegetables, but not enough meat to make three small fajitas.
