Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The pizza also seems to have taken a nose dive. Im not sure what happened to this place. It used to be awesome. Is it under new management? Were some extremely poor hiring decisions recently made? I wish I could say that I were writing about a isolated incident, but the truth is the last few times that Ive been to this establishment Ive noticed the steady decline in both food and service. The latest incident was just too much for me to ignore... A few weeks ago my wife and I decided to stop in at Broadway Pizza Blaine after she played in a hockey game at the Super Rink. A couple of her teammates had the same idea and showed up at the restaurant with their spouses/kids shortly after we arrived and were seated in the same section. After everyone placed their drink/food order the waitress informed us that we would all be billed on is single ticket since we came in together. I asked if we could be billed separately since we would likely be leaving much sooner than the other 2 tables (we had our baby with us and it was almost nap time). She said, "Im sorry, but were not going to change our policy for you." Huh? What? She went on, "Our policy is that if you have greater than 10 people in your party you will all be billed on a single ticket." I looked over at the other tables and did some quick math and said, "But there are only 9 people here." She just said, "Well, you get 1 ticket." Fine. Whatever. So we get our sausage and pepperoni pizza... Barely warm. We decided to pass on the deep dish cookie dessert that we ALWAYS get because we just want to get the hell out of there. We ask the waitress for the bill so we can leave. As expected, she gave us a bill for all 3 tables ($109, gratuity included). We gave her a credit card and asked her to charge us for our pizza and drinks. She said, "Oh, no. I need a single form of payment for the entire bill." I really thought she was joking, but no joke... I dont even know the first names of the people sitting at the other tables and she wants me to pay their bill! I asked to speak with a manager. Surely a manager will be able to see where this train derailed. Nope. The manager (Jen, I believe) simply said, "We stand by our policy and youll need give us a single payment for your orders. If you need, theres a cash machine by the front door." I was ready to tell this lady where she could shove her cash machine when one of the guys at the other table offered to put the entire bill on his credit card. I did end up using the cash machine so I could pay the guy at the other table. Anyway, my advice- DONT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT.

You kind of get the good with the bad here. I hate to say it but generally Id give service 3 stars, there are times when its great and times when its pretty bad. Food; I like it, they have a nice variety of typical bar food, American food and Italian dishes. The pizza is good, maybe some of the best in town. Overall, I enjoy the place. I think its much better than the Broadway on Broadway in mpls. Im assuming theyre still affiliated but the food at blaine location is just better.

Pizza was decent and service was always hit or miss. Some waitresses are very accommodating, others need to be tracked down. I was happy to live with whatever service we got since it was one of the few karaoke places in our area that allowed teens to sing while the parents can eat, visit and have a good time. Sadly, they stopped karaoke several months ago and we havent been back. If anyone knows of another teen-friendly karaoke place in the north metro - Id love to hear about it.

The train here is fun for the kids, but the name is a bit misleading, even if unintentionally so: this pizza is as far from the New York style youd find on Broadway as you can get. Service was slow and poor the few times we gave it a try, to the point of making us wait 30 minutes for our food, then bringing us a BBQ pizza instead of a Buffalo pizza. The one positive is that I hope it inspires other, better restaurants to install fun trains for kids to look at!

Travis did an outstanding job with our order, was patient when we were figuring out our pizza order, and while he seemed busy with other tables, he was super attentive. Heavier-set manager was checking on our table a couple times, and was equally impressive. The half Primo/half pepperoni pizza was delicious, and it was a great value to boot! Highly recommend this place!

The pizza is still pretty good but the last four orders I have called in for pick up have been a disaster! The service is pathetic and not once has the order been right or on time. I just sat for 20 minutes on a pick that should have been about ready when I got there. You really never know what your going to get.

Dont order the the wings! They were the tiniest wings Ive ever seen and not a good price. $5.99 for snack size which was 5 wings! We also got a chicken pizza with absolutely no flavor and couldve been cooked a little longer! Another guest we were with had to send back her chicken tacos for lack of no flavor.

Absolutely dreadful. This place is better off not existing. The cook crew are filthy and dont clean, the silverware and dishes are always caked with previous food. The wait staff, bartenders and hosts are great but the kitchen is dreadful. Beware.

Used to come just about every month when our kids were younger, havent visited for about a year, but what I remember was they had great food, very slow service (even if not busy), very nice management, but hostess were not always available.

Why have signs saying open til 12am if you stop serving at 11pm!! Been to plenty of other places where as long as you in by closing time you can place an order! Probably wont be visiting ever again!

Great pizza every time, wings are also very good if you get the traditional breaded with sauce on the side. If they put the sauce on they seem to get soggy and arent nearly as good.

I have had really great experiences with this place. Nice, laid back environment and great staff. This is Broadway Pizza! Pizza is their bread and butter, so get the pizza.

Server named Felipe treated us liked garbage. Very rude and constantly spoke over both me and my wife. Save yourself the time, go somewhere classier. Like KFC.

Tried to order food for delivery using the website. What a joke. After literally half an hour I give up. What a jacked website. It really needs some work. Fail!

The Broadway style deep dish was great. It was a bit odd that the restaurant had closed the dining area before 9pm on a Friday. So only the bar area was open.
