Terrible everything. Undercooked food, way overstaffed yet no service at our table. there were more staff than customers. the music was way way to loud to hear across the table. At one point a waitress was talking about smooshing food into the floor instead of cleaning it up because its easier. I have been to a few other locations and they were all very much cleaner and friendlier with staff and service. We left a very generous tip considering we didnt even have a regular waitress brcause random people kept coming to the table every once in a great while. The manager was very creepy as well. She leaned in super close over.our food and asked how it was. They complained about the tip as we walked out. We will never be coming back and i would advise you to keep your friends and family away too if you want to stay healthy.

The food is on par with evey other BWW, the problem here is the price keeps going up and the quantity of food keeps going down. I used to have a burger drowning in fires, now barely any fries are served with the meal, a plate of fries is the cheapest thing on the menu, why the heck wouldnt you just try and make your customers happy and give them more (like you used to). With wings I used to get 2 cups of Blu cheese with a 8 wing order, now a 20 piece only gets you 2 cups,. That is unacceptible

Terrible service...of the 6 of us...3 of us got the wrong thing. Then when we got the right thing it was cold. Then when we told them it was cold it got a minute in a microwave. If you are gonna try and fool people like that at least take the fries off the plate before the microwave. Soggy fries, wrong food, and a terrible server. He wrote everything down and it was still wrong. Ill stick the the BWW in St. Cloud, better atmosphere and better service

It was a Saturday afternoon and BWW was close to full capacity. We sat at a high top table in the bar. Within minutes Megan, our server was there giving us menus. She was very efficient giving us samples of beer and BWW sauces. Very impress with the teamwork Megan had helping her. I do think the prices are high on the beer. Especially when BWW have competition with other bars and breweries in the area.

Favorite place to go in the Brainerd lakes area! Great sports bar, a menu with a lot of variety, and specials that keeps my family and friends coming back. Awesome food but more importantly, amazing service! Paired with a friendly and personable staff and very good management, its a win -win in my book! Whether its a date or your bringing in a party, they always accomodate.

I really like BWW and really want to enjoy it but unfortunately my wife and I have been back a half dozen times to this one and more than half of those times the service is to severely understaffed and we never get out in less than an hour. Please fix your staffing. For management reference, evening of 2/15 was most recent. Only one server for whole bar and restaurant area

Staying across the street. BWW sucks. I should have ventured further. Expensive and greasy and awful. Go somewhere local at least. It may be greasy but it will come with good service and not support a huge chain of ridiculousness. Edit: found The Pit Stop. Great local bar. MUCH better prices. Supports locals. Great bartender. Crowd was good. BWW is a waste of time.

Great wings and great service. However this is a wing place so I wouldnt get anything else. I think the cooks only know how to cook wings because anytime I get anything else it is not good. Other than that always get the wings extra wet, its free and if you dont you will get pretty dry wings.

The atmostphere is fun, and if youre into the games and stuff it would be an option. But the food is only so-so, better can be had for not much more, so if youre going for the entertainment its good, but dont go just for the food. It can be a little loud for conversation.

Food was souped in sauce rather than seasoned and baked into. Tad on the expensive side. Way to flirty/nosey servers. Allow me to eat me food! Wrote to the stores manager and corporate, never heard a thing back! Very disappointed. Will never return.

nice group there. they even gave my kid a free slice of choc cake and ice cream for her bday. plus they gave me the breakdown on prices of the boneless wings. it was a better deal to buy 40 than 30. Thanks Guys!

The service is what youd expect for a sit down restaurant, Ive never seen this place just packed though. Its always clean and the service is quick. The layout isnt the most ideal BBWs that Ive seen around IMO.

I stopped in with 10 friends it took 45 min to get our food and the place was dead. The food was poorly prepared and lacking half the ingredients in the bbq nachos. I will never stop at this location again.

Honestly, soda and chicken wings that cost $21. What a joke. As bad as KFC is...they might wanna buy some red Hot sauce and mustard,and make up some similar sauces and raise their prices to $20 per person.
