Best part of the meal was the celery sticks - no joke. We hadnt been to this place in awhile but were craving wings and their Hot sauce is pretty good. DISGUSTING fries - they were clearly cooked in old oil, tasted burnt, and were obviously not fresh. The wings were tiny! TINY! I mean the smallest wings ive ever seen tiny! And overcooked. The tenders were also small (like the size of my index finger!) and wayyy overcooked - they were so dry i didnt even eat half of them. Luckily the sauce was good so i just drowned everything in the extra bit i had to cover up the taste of everything else. We will NEVER be going here again! What a shame, i grew up going to the Wings N More in College Station, Tx - the original (the one here is just a horribly-run franchise) and College Station stores wings/tenders/fries are still the best Ive had anywhere! Side note: I called and asked to speak to the manager to complain - after telling him everything, he said "oh, yeah, they started buying small wings but the cooks are supposed to mix them in with the normal ones" - so he admitted the poor quality! Even after telling him were extremely disappointed and will never be patronizing their store again, all he replied was, "oh..okay" and hung up. RIDICULOUS!

Bad experience. I sat in the bar area. Although my waitress was a nice host and I had no problem with the food. I had a problem with me ready to leave and waiting on my tab while almost the entire staff huddled at a table and talked. No one ever came to me and ask if I was ready for my tab or just to see if I needed anything. I waited for at least 20 min. Then my waitress came over to let me know that she was trying to get in her lunch before the rush. Really??? So you have customers wait while you eat your lunch? I took a picture of the huddle. Too bad I cant post it. I will never dine in here again. Remember...customers come first. I should not have to wait while you eat your lunch before I am given my tab or asked if I needed anything else. Meanwhile..there was at least 8 other folks that could have attended to me. Poor customer service. This was on Tuesday 5/31/2016 at around 5:00 pm.

This place is gross, the tiny wings another reviewer posted are completely accurate! The wings are tiny, u get more bone than meat and they are so greasy I felt sick after 4 wings and still starving. They only have like 8 tvs in the dining area and depending where u sit u can only see about 3 from each table. Not good for true football fans... then theres the service! Our waitress never once asked how anything was, and she brought our bill right after she dropped off our food, didnt ask if we wanted anything else. We ended up finishing in the bar to get another beer. Lousy food, lousy service. wont EVER be back, oh yeah and me and my husband were BOTH sick later that night and the next morning.

Went through the drive thru for a wing basket, no drink. You expect fast service from a drive thru, you get it literally everywhere else, but I waited 25 minutes for my food. I had to knock on the window and flag a different employee down because the person at the window took my order and never came back until someone reminded him. I was going to ask for a refund but the food was apparently ready and must have been sitting there for a while. In the end, the food wasnt even worth the wait. From reading the other reviews, the service inside isnt much better, probably best to completely avoid this place.

On two separate occasions my coworkers and I have gone there for lunch. Both times we arrived at 12:05, the first time we received our food at 12:45 and the second time, which was today we ended up walking out at 12:55 never receiving our food. Three times we asked to speak to a manager, never showed up. Called and spoke with a GM Andy (or so he said he was a GM) and he was like, "oh yeah, ok, sorry." Really feel bad for them as we have 50 employees here that have now been informed of the terrible service we received TWICE and will not be back.

Server Paul was extremely annoying during the Summer Slam 2017 Pay Per View. He kept coming to our table wanting to talk about anything and everything else but wrestling. All he mainly talked about was Game Of Thrones. We tried to be polite to him, but we dont have HBO at home. You would have thought we committed some sort of cardinal sin of stupidity for not having HBO at home. I think we will try a different location for the next pay per view. Very rude, cussed a lot with small children at surrounding tables, and extremely annoying.

Our waitress took 20 minutes to even acknowledge us then went to wait on another table that came on way after we did. When we asked to have another waitress and she proceeded to speak to other employees about us and even pointed at our table. She then walked by our table and stated very loudly "I am a 36 year old woman working as a bartender, I do not need this". We were then stared at the entire time by the hostess while we tried to eat our food. This is by far the worst I have ever been treated at an any eating establishment.

I hadnt visited thisn place in years and I quickly remembered why. Awful tiny wings! The fried pickles and curly fries were really good. They arrived 20 minutes before the wings. Once the wings arrived they were cold and overcooked. The wait staff was really nice and offered to replace the wings but we werent too hungry after we ate all of our sides and filled up on drinks. They offer specials but its pointless if the wings are horrible. My family and I were super disapointed. Save your money and eat at another wing joint.

I use to be able to get full from 8 wings, but now since they downgraded on the wing size I didnt even get full from 10. The wings were about the size of a newborns finger.. Very ashamed of Wings N More, they used to be good, have good prices and good service but now bad prices ( 10 wings for 9$ ) and service sucked. Charged 2.49$ for a thing and the only good thing was the service was good. If youd like a better lunch go right across the street to Carls or Whataburger, they got good food. Not to mention, theyre cheap...

I went thru the drive-thru to order 8 honey bbq boneless wings. I drove to the window,waited ten minutes.No one came. I saw a female cleaning dishes.I knocked on the window.No one answered. I opened the window,hollered in there,honked my car horn.No one came! Finally the dishwasher got the attention of somebody. The young girl came to the window EATING! I asked her if customers normally wait in the back that long. She said no and no apology. Needless to say,my money will go elsewhere!Ill miss the wings.

We have been coming for years to this location, but went there tonight and the quality of the food has gone down.....the wings were microscopically tiny and absolutely hardly any sauce. The wings you get at Krogers are bigger.....they used to be really big and now they have cut the quantity and upped the price. Also got a chicken tender salad and the tenders were burnt and dry, dry, dry and cold.......we wont be back! It is sad, but will probably be a vacant restaurant location soon.....
