Where do I even begin to start!? The only reason they get a one star is because I cant find a way to rate it lower than 1. The service was piss poor, cleanliness about as clean as a dumpster, and food that was horrible not to mention so cold that I swear it had been sitting there for what seemed like ages. When you walk in on a Saturday at 7pm get seated immediately at a still dirty table, but then also made to wait 30 mins for someone to even acknowledge that hey people are here that havent been serviced. So I wave someone down and finally get some drinks at 7:45pm. 8:00pm still waiting for someone to grab my order, the people Im with are getting hungry and want an appetizer, so yet again I must hunt somebody down 8:50pm No appetizer, no service, no anybody, just people in those stupid jerseys waking around not giving a damn, so once more I prepare for a hunt but this time Im hunting big game and go looking for a manager. Found this one guy in a black shirt that everyone seemed to be listening to, and so I asked him if he could check on my order. He told me, "hey look we are busy here we have hundreds of orders you are just going to have to be patient." Well damn, I thought 50 min or so for 1, yes 1, appetizer would be sufficient but damn I guess not. We argue, (and damn i wish I got his name, but since he wasnt wearing one I couldnt, but come on think about it I wouldnt want my name associated with BWW either) So after the argument he agreed to check on it, all the while groups of people who got there around 8:45pm are being brought food and drinks and we cant even get an appetizer. 9:30pm Im guessing after arguing with the manager our server for our section finally appears with the appetizer , and guess what his first question is? Take a gander please. This idiot asks us what we would like to start off to drink! To drink!? Are you serious man are you just that oblivious to the beers and soda on the table!? So before he can dart off Good knows where, we get our orders in, or at least try to because when he gets to me he just darts off just as Im about to tell him what I want to order. So angry that he just ignored me like that I follow him to the little station where there are about 5 or 6 employees just standing back there (found all the Waldos) and I tell him hey man I wasnt done with that order I want such and such right. 10:45pm our food comes out and to no surprise its not even hot anymore. I mean after an hour of sitting there anything would not be hot anymore. But Yolo right? We eat it anyways, everyone is probably too hungry to care anymore Essentially for the rest of the night I ended up being our own server because that dude just didnt come back, I refilled everyones drink at the machine, nobody seemed to care that I was back there making drinks, and I got our own bill. Paid, tipped myself for the hard work I put in, and left and for sure well never be coming back.

After 5 chances. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I do not recommend anyone. First It is very dirty outside and inside. It smells like dirty mop water and vegetables when you walk in. No one is there to great you. Once theg cleaned a booth for us to sit in the seat was still very noticably dirty with crumbs and various foods. (I wiped it off myself with a napkin) It was no busy and there were dirty empty tables while 3 staff memebers sat around rolling silverware and having a very inappropriate conversation within ear shot of the guests. Secondly we waited over 20 minutes for waiter that never came while several walked past us. The booth behind was waited on promptly. I requested a manager who looked confused and said "someone just told me to come over here" while looking around pulled a piece of paper and a pen out. He did offer any type of compensation nor did he apologize. He walked off after repeatedly for the 2nd time that they do not allow outside for or drinks. We had just come from the movies and were finishing the very little bit of slushy left in the cups and were planning to throw them out. He was so very concerned about those cups instead of his customers he walked off to speak to another employee who I thought he was giving our order to. That was the the case. I then asked for our food to go. After an addition 13 minutes of waiting we decided to leave with the horrible experience the vibe of the night had been killed. Next I walked up to the counter to tell "Cat" to cancel the order we are just going to leave. She was actually nice and was the onlu one to offer a apology and asked if I wanted a Manager and I said heck no hr made it worse. I wish I caught his name. She then apologized again then asked what happened and what she could do. At that point nothing could be done and wouldnt trust the food would be safe to eat. This is my last and worst experience at this location and strike number 5 . I have gone a few times before and there are usually small issues and cold fries. Also the outside parking lor smells horrible of very very old stale fried chicken. Other locations do not have this odor.

We went to the buffalo Wild Wings last night to order dinner to take home. It took 45 minutes to get our food! No explanation was given as to why it was taking so long, and when we mentioned it to the cashier, guessing it was some form of manager as his shirt was different, he mentioned they were slow and would probably get busy later. If that was slow why did it take so long to get food out? The other complaint I have was the ordering process and the food quality. I had to order my wrap 3 different times. Only to find out 30 minutes later that they gentleman that took our order put in the wrong wrap. How does that happen when I told and showed you the one I wanted on the menu. How did I find out it was wrong? After arguing about whether ranch came in the wrap (which the one I ordered it didnt). My husband was very clear on the flavor choices for his wings (asked all be covered in a dry run and a sauce). We were assured when we got our food it was correct. Only to discover his wings were not. After finally getting our food 45 minutes after ordering (we had two meals and an appetizer), we get in the car in your parking lot to discover the fries were cold. How does it take 45 minutes to get basic food in which your cooks should be accustomed to making and my fries were cold!!! Its ridiculous that I spend $30+ for a meal for my husband and I and 1 could have eaten in the restaurant for the time it took, and 2 could have went elsewhere. At least my order would have been good!
