First I called in my order then went to go pick it up. The server on the phone said it will be 15 min. I get it, I know that it will take much longer then that. So I got there in 20 min. Parking lot had little to know cars. Paid for my order they never went back to check if it was ready or not. So I waited 20 min. Still nothing. So I finally got up to ask when my food will be ready, girl popped her head through the side door and out came my order lead me to belive my order would be cold. I live down the street. And when I got home guess what? Yep cold! And missing a wing from one of my orders. And the 5 hot wings I ordered had little to no sauce on them. And some didnt have any sauce on them. I seen the other reviews and went against them claiming well some customers over exaggerate because of something little they may not like. Man I was wrong and should have listened. I feel like I got taken for a ride by buffalo wild wings and may never feel the same for them. I guess this is what happens when you hire inexperienced cooks,servers, and managers. Thanks for the bad service and cold food and Im guessing later Ill be paying for it in other ways as the night goes on. Shame was once a good place.

I can only think of a few nice things to say about this place, but they seem to get overlooked when I am there. Lets just start off with the smell... Its very smokey in there and if you are not a smoker, that is nasty! I am going to a restaurant and would like to not smell that while trying to eat. I guess thats one thing about the area that they allow smoking inside. I really hope that changes soon! Aside from the smell, the service is always pretty iffy... you never know if your food will come out the right way or not. I dont know if its too loud in there for them to hear you when you order, but its not fun having to just deal with what you are brought, or send your food back. Take out is also very slow!!! I would rather order out, but when you go inside to pick up the order, you must make sure it is right!!! also, you will be waiting at the counter for a while for someone to notice you and care that you are needing to pick up food. and then pray that they have started your order that you placed 30 minutes ago! yes, thats happened also! I would rather save myself the headache and just go to another restaurant nearby!

I use to work as a server/bartender for several years at Pappasitos/Pappadeaux until I graduated from college. My friend and I came and sat down around 7:30 P.M. this past Sunday... we left after around 15 minutes because all the staff walked by and ignored us, although it was quite clear we hadnt even been greeted. It wasnt even extremely busy, nor was it the end of the night when waiting staff is ready to leave. It makes no sense that you choose to ignore customers when you yourself arent leaving for several hours. Nobody wants to take a table? Take it anyways and get an extra one on the side so you can pocket more cash. Dont be lazy and unwilling--- youre there to work and make money. Ridiculous. Im looking at all these negative reviews for this location, and now Im wondering about all of the training processes put into place here.

The worst service I have ever had. I waited for a drink for a long time, asking twice. He took forever to come back to take my food order, which took forever to come out, but I had already expected that as that happens at all BWW. Then I asked for silverware twice, and after he didnt bring it I went to the front to get it myself. No refills, asked for the check and box and he proceeded to walk around and talk to friends. Usually when someone asks for a check theyre ready to go. As a server in the past, I am pretty understanding and will brush it off if something takes too long, but there were only a few tables and everything was taking extremely long. Hour and a half there for a chicken sandwich is a little extreme. Sucks it is the only place open late in the area..

Horrible service. Waiter had extreme B.O. and thought spending time with guests that must have been friends rather than give good service. Wings took an hour to come out (at a wing place mind you) and when they did, they were wrong. Waiter tossed food on table and when stating the order was wrong, took the plate but never came back with the correct order. I had to go to the front to request my food. Employee had no urgency or even a bit of customer service. Will never go back there again as this isnt the first time I have had bad service there but kept going cause its close to home. Never again. I will travel to katy or sugarland if I want B-dubs. Management needs to do a complete overhaul on that place and hire people that want to work.

I live not far from this location. The only reason it is still in business is there are no sports bars really near its closest neighborhoods. Been probably 6 times in the 3 years Ive lived out this way (mostly after golf outings w/ friends or meeting up at a common bar to watch football) and the key point thats already been addressed is of the 6 times, I can think of once where the service wasnt abysmal. Whether it is busy or dead (seen both), you arent getting a wait staff at your table for at least 10 minutes, you generally have to flag them down for everything... and the food always drops at your table cold. Its almost comical how consistently horrible it is.

Ive been to this location about 5 times total. 3 out of those 5 times Ive had cold and unfresh food. Well I went Tuesday got food the food was cold and they told me to wait 15-20 because the food was being cooked. There was no way it was being cooked it was so cold! So I called the manager and he said he left a food credit under my name. Well I got there today when this happened on Tuesday and the manager that was there today said she doesnt see anything with my name and she cant do anything. I gave her the specific name of the manager and the date and time that I called she said she could do anything and hung up. Will be calling a GM or even further. Terrible!

Worst service I have ever had!!!! I ordered 24 boneless wings with 4 different flavors over the phone for pick up. Iminia or whatever her name is reads back my order say 15min. Show up and the staff is doing nothing and all of them are on their phone. They gave me the wrong order at first and then say they forgot to put my order in. I wait another 30min and finally get my food. She then pulls out all traditional wings and I say this is wrong and she starts having an attitude with me telling me I was wrong and this is what I asked for. The manager did nothing and the staff cant do the simplest of tasks. Never go to this Buffalo Wild Wings!!!! Awful services!
