First Impressions Sucked Not sure if it was because I ordered it for take out at 11 PM or not, but my first experience at this location was horrible. I arrived 10 minutes after they said the food would be ready and I had to go back and forth to my car three times before I got all of my food because the servers kept forgetting to hand me stuff, but they made sure I paid. They kept bringing the food out of the kitchen everytime I came back in too, so not even sure if the food was even ready or not even when they said it would be ready in 20 minutes when I ordered from them 35 minutes ago. The employee who came to the front didnt even want to help me there at the counter and made me go back to the bar counter where it was extremely loud and I couldnt even hear myself think. (This place was not even busy at this time. Maybe like 15 patrons in the entirety of the place and all of them were ONLY in the bar section and the music was almost club volume. Even worse that it took that long to make my food and actually give it to me only to arrive home with cold food (I only live maybe 6 minutes away from this location). The food itself was way below par of what I paid for. I had the Buffalo Blue Burger and my girlfriend had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and we got a snack size Honey BBQ boneless wing to share and a couple mini chocolate cakes. The Buffalo burger was smothered in nothing but blue cheese (I couldnt even taste the buffalo sauce just sour blue cheese), the patty was dry and rough, they burnt the bottoms of my bun and their onion rings were like rubber when they were cold. The wings were super crunchy to the point I only ate two and they put the wrong kind of sauce on them (pretty sure they gave me a regular BBQ sauce, I did NOT taste honey bbq). My girlfriend seemed to enjoy her meal but she did complain about the chocolate cake and the wings. They put both of our cakes in a plastic sandwich bag and both were in pieces and a mess of frosting rolling around in the box they stack in an upright bag. The wing box was messy and sticky with bbq sauce too. All of the food was wet from the steam in the box and it just did not look appetizing at all. I usually dont like to write bad reviews at all and I really enjoyed B-dubs food at other locations, but I think I will be avoiding this location in the future as this experience was a real let-down.

We walked in not long after noon and were seated quickly, but that is pretty much where the good service ended. After taking our order, our server started a 15-minute timer on the tablet without explaining what that was. After 30 minutes when our food arrived, I asked what the timer meant. She explained that our food was free. I was glad, but we wanted to tip our server because we assumed the delay was a kitchen problem. We ordered a dessert to be split by the three of us, so that we could tip for that. The next 30 minutes crawled by filled with, wondering and looking longingly at the exit to the restaurant. The only thing keeping us there was the fact that Koffings kept spawning on Pokémon GO. When the dessert nachos arrived, which we explicitly stated was to be split among 3 people, there was one spoon. Immediately, I requested two spoons which did not arrive for ten minutes. I flagged another server who made eye contact only to IGNORE me and wander back to the kitchen where I assume he took a phone call or perhaps took a brief nap. When our server arrived with our checks, an insulting assumption, arrived, I asked once again for spoons and napkins. Now, 45 seconds later, after our ice cream had melted, the spoons arrive. The dessert nachos were underwhelming at best and we left, tipping our server for some reason. Regularly, this location of BWW is ineffectively staffed and produces lower than quality food on a regular basis. Pizza Hut Wing Street and Applebees would produce a more satisfying wings experience than this loud crowded bar of aimless wandering staff. If there were a BWW location at all closer to me, I would never return to this one and leave it behind like I did other bad decisions in my youth.

My group of friends have come here multiple times. The last two times have been a nightmare. Last week when we came here the server tried to take our order from memory. There were 7 of us. It did not come out correctly. At the end of the meal, we informed him it was separate checks. He could not split up our checks correctly and all of us had incorrect bills. The manager had to get involved to fix the error. This time when we went, we were a party of 9. I informed our server ahead of time, twice, that we were all on separate checks. I didnt want there to be any confusion like there was last time. For the most part, she ignored our table. My friend ordered a beer that he never got. He had to ask twice for it. When it was time for the checks, guess what? She didnt split them. She left for about a half hour. We didnt know where she went and were getting very frustrated. We tried to be understanding, but I told her twice that the checks were to be split. In the end, I just paid for everyone and split the check myself and had my friends pay me back. But that caused quite a hassle. The supervisor said our server needed a break and she was flustered by splitting our bill. Later my friend did see her crying in the back area. Im sorry that doing her job was frustrating, but she could have saved herself a lot of frustration by splitting the bill ahead of time like I asked her. Also, she messed up on my order so I was the last one to eat at the table while I waited for them to cook my food. It was a very disappointing experience. We will be finding a new place to dine for our group.

My girlfriend and I have eaten at the same Buffalo Wild Wings location several times a month since August 2008, and on any night previous I would rate 5 stars. On Oct. 8 2010 we were rudely accused by a waitress of underpaying a bill and walking out, in May. She wasnt even sure if it was us, but thought it might be (her first complaint was that she didnt get a tip). This was before we even looked at menus. We paid for our drinks, and decided to leave, at which point we informed the manager of our experience. He promptly proceeded to side with the waitress, tell my girlfriend that maybe she had too much to drink that night, and that he allowed the waitress to bring it up when she complained, since he was on duty "that night." This was instead of approaching us himself, like a responsible manager should, rather than allowing a waitress to run off customers. He was even rude enough to bring her to tears. We have been there numerous times since the night in question, while the same manager is on duty, and have never been approached about an unpaid bill. We are good tippers, pay with cash and/or credit card and would have been more than happy to settle a bill the next time we were there. In May, or maybe even June, but they were so vague (the waitress thought she recognized my girlfriends hairstyle). We love BWWs, and have no problem going to a different location; this kind of treatment is simply inexcusable on a personal level. We have never been treated in this manner but, sadly, that is no longer true, and this store has lost a customer. Unforgivable.
