Our name is Curtis Thompson and Digna Maduro We wanted to take a few minutes and tell you about our experience at you business. We have lived in the Houston area for many years and have visited many of your BWW. To our satisfaction we have not been disappointed. Although this is true, there is one that tops above all 11803 Westheimer location. Its not because of the food for it appears to be consistent in all locations, but rather the atmosphere, ambience and friendliness of the staff. To our server and bartender Steven, who always speaks and is very friendly and a professional individual who remembers what we have weekly without asking us. Impressive! To the manager Bill Colonna, who makes his self very visible throughout the restaurant speaking not only to us but all customers, There is never a time we have frequented you establishment and Bill has not gone out of his way to speak and hold a conversation with us about things wed discussed previously. He is a very good manager that knows how to make us feel special when we are in your place, He makes us feel part of the BWW family. He is kind, well spoken and never rushed to communicate with Digna and I. Some managers speak but act so busy that its a formality, not Bill, we can be in the middle of a play off game busy; he is the same respectful way when it is only 2 people in the place. I am a Director for my company for over 15 years and seldom when I go out do I see this kind of commitment to the customer that Bill and his staff produce. There are many wing places, bar atmosphere facilities, but this one is ours. Bill makes us feel as if we are part of it. Part of the BWW family. As you are aware, not all managers can do that and the ones that do are usually successful not on their people skills, but also on your financial sheet, which is why we are in business. Bill Colonna is one of those! I am sure you are already aware of that and if not that could be your loss. In closing, you have a nice facility, great location, great atmosphere, but most of all great people such as Bill a true leader for you. Great people make great companies. Thank you for your time and Bill and Crew. Sincerely, Curtis Thompson and Digna Maduro

Ive been to this bww about 3-4 times but the last 2 times were HORRIBLE!! The first bad experience I came with my roommate and her sister, we waited about 10-15 mins to be seated, no big deal. When they seat us we asked if we could have a booth and we were told there were no booths available. When we sit down there are 3 booths open.... so we asked our waitress if we could move to the booth and she told us if we wanted a booth we need to go back up to the front and get in line to be seated again..RUDE. The second time we came it was just me and my roommate, we came in and there was no one in the front. So we waited about 5-7 mins and still no one had came so we just sat ourselves (not the first time we had to do this) Our waitress came took our order and everything, our food took about 20-30 mins to come out and when it did she just sat our food down and left, didnt ask if everything was correct or if we needed anything. We didnt have any silverware so we waited until they next time we saw her which was never. She went to all her tables but us. So we got tired of waiting and asked the next sever to pass us if we could get some silverware, they were like yeah no problem. Never saw that waiter again. So we asked a different server, they never came back either... by this time we need refills, finally the manager passes us and we ask for silver wear and refills. He brings them to us and apologize. After all of that its been about 30 mins and our food is cold now. We saw our waitress 3 times that entire night. She NEVER checked on us. It was just the worst service ever and my roommate and I are very understanding people so for us to be annoyed means a lot!!!!

Maybe i am just weird but i get grossed out pretty easily, i should also say i have worked at 2 different bww locations simultaneously in houston for 3 years. I sat at the bar top which was dirty and sticky. The lunch rush must have just left as there was only 1 table and 1 guest at the bar top. She never wiped it down and i never asked as i was uncomfortable. The bartender was very nice/sweet but the decaying and missing of her teeth again just grossed me out. I ordered a burger which was good and had 2 beers. I used to have friends that worked here that i knew from other bww i worked at and it was much nicer and cleaner then (4-5 years ago). Management really needs to step their game up at this location, it is 100% their fault the staff is suffering due to management. Closing my check i gave her my card and the black check book thing was so greasy and dirty with food i used the pen to open it so i didnt have to touch it. Check was right side up and then the 2 cc slips one was upside down while the other was straight. Pure laziness here. I LOVE buffalo wild wings and want to enjoy myself. I believe this one is corporate (i worked at franchise locations) so please fix this location, your store is dirty and nasty!!!!

Normally I dont have a problem with the service but tonight my daughter and I decided to get some Wings because cooking wasnt an option. We walked up and the young lady Shanise didnt greet us and she just stared at me without a smile so I brushed it off and proceeded to reading the menu once we figure out what we wanted there were 2 females in front of us that shanise was helping and Nina was helping someone on the phone so we waited once the females were done I stepped up to shanise she just looked at me and pointed to Nina she will help you then asked the gentleman behind me if she can help him so at this point Im irritated and quite frankly pissed off. I do not know this young lady but she has demonstrated a very low effort with customer service. I think with all that is going on in this world being friendly and acknowledging someone who is paying for a service and contributing to your paycheck it can be better. We all have bad days but for some reason she appeared to be selective with her bad service. This will stop me for awhile with visiting Buffalo Wild Wings. Customers service is very important to me and if you cant provide it perhaps you should search other avenues for working.

Currently sitting here at a table, which is already saying something considering no employees came to sit us. We sat ourselves. After sitting for a bit, no one attended us, so went back and got our menus from the front, then sat back down. Waiter finally saw us and took our drink (2 dr peppers) and appetizer order, in that order. After the appetizer order, he came back because he couldnt remember the second drink (same as the first???). He returned a short time later and took our meal order, so I thought things were looking good. Then we sat for 15 minutes without a drink refill. Went over to the counter and refilled the drinks ourselves and then sat back down. A waitress brought our food (not our waiter), and we didnt have any silver ware. Sooo... went back up to the front to get our silverware. Got to eating and the food was HORRIBLE. Fries did not have the usual seasonings on it. They were just plain. Sauce on my buffalo wings was not the sauce I requested. Now to see how long it will take to get our check to pay for this god-awful dining experience.
