Saturday night I had company. Ordered $70 worth of food. Had it delivered, and of course was charged the delivery fee. I guess I would have to ask, what does that delivery fee entail. If youre going to charge me extra for delivery I would assume that the order would be double checked for accuracy. They forgot to send my 9 piece cheese garlic bread with dipping sauce. When the driver arrived I pointed this out and he pulled out the receipt and verified that it was paid for and he should have had it. He informed me that he was told the order was ready to go. I had company over, so I must admit I was a little pissed. He did run back up and get the order of bread but to be honest by the time he returned we were done eating. If a pizza company is going to charge delivery fee, there should be a reasonable expectation that the order is delivered correctly. We were very disappointed. As many pizza delivery companies that are in town you would think that customer satisfaction is of top priority.

Paid $20 for a large meat pizza. The cheese to sauce ratio was easily 3:1. The cheese to crust ratio was more like 5:1. This is no joke that the cheese while still hot was more than 3/8 inch thick towards the middle while the crust underneath was completely useless and paper thin. Not to mention the toppings left nearly a two inch gap all the way around the pie where it was just "crust". The sauce was met and overall it tasted like a poorly homemade pizza. Not worth the price, nothing special about the ingredients or the composition thereof. Im sure anywhere else would be better.

Pizza is great. Customer service not so great. I ordered a pizza with a coupon that included free bread. We ordered also some wings. It came to over $40! My roommate used my card. I tried to get them to adjust the balance. It is what it is... I hate dominos pizza but great customer service and FAST! I go to a different Chanticlear and order once a week for work. They lost a good customer there!

I normally dont post reviews but this is our second bad service at Chanticlear. Our order was made incorrectly twice. No apologies or offer to take money off the price. Just said they would remake it for a 3rd time, which would have had me waiting for an average pepperoni pizza for over an hour. No thanks, Ill just go somewhere else next time.

We decided to try Chanticlear on a whim and were pleasantly surprised!! Their thin crust pizza is awesome!!! The taco pizza was really good too! Excited to try more things on the menu but its hard to stray from the favorites. customer service has always been super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Chanticlear!
