The employees are nice but that does not equal good customer service. The menu looked like it was in line with a good quality restaurant, but thats the problem they do not serve good quality food. I told the guy we wanted to order from the kids menu for my 3 boys. I had a cheese burger and so did one of my sons along with spaghetti and meat balls for one. Both of them had said the meat was way over done and agreed mine was also, yet that explained why it took over a half hour to get our food with us with only one other set of customers in the place and they had already been served before we ordered. My other sons $6 macn cheese looked like Kraft macaroni and cheese for a $1.50 at the grocery store and he said it tasted like noodles without cheese. The only good thing I can say about the food was the fries had a good flavor. When I received the bill it showed two adult cheese burgers and when I said something to the same guy that took our order he just asked me if he ate it all because he could get a to go box. He also said he was sorry and recalled that we ordered off the kids menu, but because he ate it all we should pay full price. Which made me think that if he had not eaten it all they would have discounted it and served the uneaten part to someone else.

The pizza was awful and over priced. I had a $10 coupon for the place and the person said they didnt know what to do with it, didnt bother to ask any other coworkers how to use it. Its the Hitler of pizza, The Fidel Castro of pie, ... I dont know enough words for pizza to pair with the names of dictators.

The worst pizza I ever had. Too much cornmeal on bottom of crust and tasted burnt. Thought that the first time, then had pizza a second time and it was the same taste. Order something besides pizza. Salads looked nice.

We had to wait a long time. The pizza was pretty bad. The overall experience was not that great. Was way overpriced for what we got.
