UPDATE #2: Over the last year I have been revisiting this place and they have come around. Consistently providing hot n ready pep and cheese pizzas at walk in. Im glad they were able to come around and I have increased my review to 4 stars as I have been greatly pleased with the service and food in recent months. Great work! UPDATE: This place has come around to actually providing Hot and Ready Pizza. Though I have only been there once or twice in the last year, both times I was satisfied. If I continue to experience Hot N Ready like it is supposed to be, I will come back and up the stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The pizza is what you would expect from the place. They advertise Hot n Ready pizza for $5 yet of the couple dozen times I have come to this location it has been no less than a 5 minute wait for pizza. They only keep one in the hot n ready oven and have told me it will only be 4 minutes and I wind up waiting there for sometimes 10 minutes or more. I have asked why they still have the signs up if they dont have them hot n ready and the owners said they would waste too much food if they had to keep them hot n ready and they didnt see a problem with waiting a few minutes. Frankly if I knew I had to wait... I would order it from one of the other 7 pizza places within 4 miles. I come here to walk in, get a pizza and walk out as advertise. I have yet to have that experience even during non dinner rush hours. The pizza isnt bad, but if I had a choice between this place and another and knew it would be the same amount of time to get the food this pizza would be lower on the list. there are better joints in the area. I rated Poor not because of the food, but because the lack of consideration for their core business of hot n ready. we only go there now when the kids beg for it. Its a shame they dont understand the purpose of their own franchise

The random holes are normal as I called a customer service rep about that. They said if the pizza smells like beer or alcohol and there is black specks inside the dough then the pizza dough would be bad. I could not find any evidence that the pizza was bad. Im guessing since the owners appear to be from India with thier accent and appearance and I do understand English, some German, some Spanish, and some French for which they didnt speak they probably dont understand the concept of HotnReady pizza because they made me wait for mine to cook. So, if youre looking for HotnReady, dont get disappointed when they cook it on the spot for you. If they had it ready, this place would have got 5 stars. They are very friendly too and is reason it is 4 stars. The pizza isnt the best if what Little Caesars offers as I travel allot and Ive tasted really good Little Caesers Pizza. Id say its edible. So, please dont go passing incorrect information about a place unless youve researched it! I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service rep before finding my pizza is okay to eat.

I am confused, I did not know that franchise locations can post and show a national marketing campaign and not follow it.. Hot and Ready. These 2 actually admit that they will never have a pizza hot and ready because there is a chance pizza will go unsold. They do however have Hot and Ready all over the windows and menus. Imagine back when Little Caesars first started and had the buy one, get one "Pizza Pizza" deal and when you go in to get yourself a couple za, the owner says they only advertise it but do not follow it. You would think the cheap would stop there but these 2 also water down the sauce and use less dough then any other location I have been to. Just hard to walk away happy when you watch business owners piss customers off to save a couple bucks. Shame shame..

All six times i have stopped here for a hot and ready pizza i was asked to sit and wait for it to be prepared. The first couple i sat patiently thinking its no big deal. But when it bacame regular practice for them to never have pizza ready to go i asked the owner why this was, they replied that it doesnt matter if i had to wait 5 min or 10 min if I got my pizza. If the business advertises pizza ready to go with no waiting, then they should follow their own advertisement.

Worst little ceasers i have ever been to, every item was bad, the crazy bites wernt cooked they were still doughy and soggy, pep with extra cheese did not have extra cheese, 3 meat pizza the meat wasnt evenly placed half the pizza hardly had anything and both pizzas were doughy as well. When we were sitting there waiting at around 8pm they shut the lights off with us in there, i deffinatly would not ever go back to this location.

This place is horrible. The manager gave us expired dough pizza. You could literally tell it was expired with the random holes in the pizza dough and it was super crispy where it felt like the pizza had been just sitting out on a counter for I kid you not 3 hours. I cant say I would support this franchise go to Monticello little ceasers they actually provide you a great hot n ready pizza experience

Every time I go to this location, the employee has his car parked at an angle taking up 2 spaces. Quite unprofessional. Most of the time the pizzas are not hot and ready. I have even called ahead of time to order.. still waiting for 10 minutes when its not busy. Other then that, its nice to have $5 pizza

Every time I have ever come here its NEVER hot and ready. I dont mean that like its a few times. Every. Single. Time. I live about a mile away. So Ive been here maybe 10-15 times. Always the same experience... Im waiting 10+ minutes. Its been like this for AT LEAST 2 years.

Hot and fresh is not the case for this store. The majority of time you order and are asked to sit and wait as they have to make your order. Employees and owners are not friendly and certainly dont care about the community as the customer service is less than stellar.

This place never has anything hot and ready. I have to order ahead of time, and on several occasions, they have given my order to other customers. Im fed up, and will no longer support this business.

They dont do hot and ready. Kind of a problem when that is in your title. Doesnt help when they are rude to customers. Wont be back. Ill support other local businesses.

Worst little Creasers, every pizza I get from here tastes old and sevice is hardly ever present. Would rather drive to Monticello for a real little Creasers pizza.
