Been ordering from here for over 10 years and all of a sudden everyone has an attitude and its every time I call that they seem POd that I am even calling them. The last few times I called were terrible experiences... I call into the store and the associate states "We have no drivers for the next hour or so, so we cant do deliveries" I asked if I wait for a driver if they would do a small % off for the inconvenience and they stated "No". The other time I ordered 2 hot hoagies and received just bread (Very little toppings which made it look like just bread) and I called up the store to get new ones made or possibly store credit for the future and all they said was "10% your next order" This place use to be so nice, maybe its time for the manager to hang up his hat and let someone else take over.

Although the pizza is fair (do yourself a favor and go to Detellos), the service of the staff who have been there for YEARS is jaded and rude. I added a coupon from the internet that said "valid only for on-line orders at Prior Lake and Shakopee". OK, Chaska doesnt offer on-line ordering, so since theyre on the website, must mean that this one is taken at Chaska for phone order. Wrong! You have to search for another website to find a coupon. Nowhere on the main site does it direct you to somewhere else. Despite me pointing this out, the staff refused to take my coupon. Im SO glad they reminded me why we stopped ordering from their location 2-3 times a month, and only order every 4-5 months.

Pick up your phone!!! I started calling at 9:15 and didnt stop until 9:50. And way to close at 10pm on Friday you lazy pricks. I just put in a 12 hour day but you guys cant staff a pizza joint for even that long. You guys have ruined my favorite pizza place. End the inevitable downward spiral and sell the business to someone else who actually knows how to run the joint and not alienate staff and customers.

Rude customer service is the best way to lose customers. I had been ordering their pizza for a few years. One time my wife calls in an order in with an unknowingly expired coupon and the manager belittles her on the phone. I called back to express my feelings about his choice of words and cancel the pizza. We will never order from there again. That type of customer service is unacceptable.

They know how to make pizza. Unfortunately they have no idea how to run a business. It has been that way for the 20 years Ive been around but they are still open so it must be working. They have reduced themselves to carry out only. They are unable or unwilling to hire drivers. However, my order is always correct and on point. I have never had a complaint about the quality of food.

Wow, I just tried to call and get delivery to chanhassen, a 2 minute drive, and some guy in the background angrily kept telling the poor kid on the phone that he couldnt deliver here! Wow, I have never heard such bad customer service in my life! Never order from this crappy pizza place if you can help it!

The best Italian food there is in town; there is very nice people, and their service is very good. Customer service over the counter and over the phone is professional. Likewise, this place is one of a kind, and Im looking forward to coming back here to order again.

Subs are great, pizza is ok, the service is reprehensible - if you get the man who works there. The woman who answers the phone is much better, always ask for her. NEVER go in person, you get the man.

AWFUL! Their food and service are the worst! After 3 deliveries, we still did not have what we ordered. Told us we were going to get our money back, but never did. We will never order from them again.

I went here for mothers day and bought $75 worth gross pizza, dry chicken wings, and chicken Alfredo. I honestly could have through everything in a microwave and it would have still tasted better.
