Great pizza IF they get the orders right... For the last two years, my wife and I have been getting Solos nearly every Friday night. Its really good pizza - fresh ingredients with good quality, tasty sauces and cheese. Portion size is perfect. The problem is well over half of the time we order, they get the orders wrong in some way. "No mushrooms" turns into extra mushrooms, and even their standard orders sometimes get screwed up. A few times we got someone elses pizza entirely. As a new business one could forgive this for a while but it just keeps happening. We usually do takeout, since the dining area is pretty loud, though their outside deck seems nice. I recommend just coming in and ordering - the phone orders seem to be where the mistakes happen. Again the pizza is great and so are their salads. You even get free ice cream now. I do like the marketing vibe of the company and hope they grow into a mature business someday.

I love this place. My mom and I go here sometimes for our weekly lunch and the food has always been quite good. The people are also wonderful. There is a woman working regularly, I dont know if she is a manager, or a franchise owner, or what. But reticently a new employee made my pizza with the wrong crust. I went up to check the menu board to be sure that was the only difference between the pizza she made and the one I ordered. It was which I didnt think was worth complaining over, so even though the regular woman saw me look and asked me and I told her what went wrong, I didnt make a stink. Mistakes happen, especially when youre training in. But she not only had the employee apologize to me, but brought me out a whole extra 7in pizza to take home with me. You dont get that kind of customer care very often anymore.

Great pizza, nice workers, but always a gamble. My fiancee and I have been getting a pizza every Friday night from Solos for the past year. So we have a lot of experience there. More often than not, our orders get messed up. Im allergic to onions, always say NO ONIONS, and 7/10 times, my pizza will be smothered in onions. Sometimes ingredients that dont even belong on the pizza will end up there. Also, the "Express Checkout" is anything but. You order by phone/online to save time, and you still have to wait in line for the other walk-ins to pay. Then you get dirty looks from customers because they think youre cutting the line. They need more cashiers to handle this! Theyre consistently understaffed.

Had their Squawker pizza, had a piece and a half before I started feeling sick. It had a BBQ sauce, and more BBQ sauce than cheese. Couldnt tell you anything else on the pizza because I couldnt taste it anything else. Whatever was on it wouldnt stay on the pizza because of the amount of sauce. Spent the rest of the night in misery because of my stomach. The woman that brought us our pizza said your welcome like we were a total inconvenience to her. No manager on site to talk to. Will never return.

I wish I took the ladies name at the counter who was exceptionally great. I observed her the whole time because she provided great service to me and everyone that came after. She came out from behind the counter to see if we were doing ok. She was cleaning on downtime. The food was so good and you dont have to pay an arm and a leg for it. Not a long wait for the food to get to u. I highly recommend it to all.

Placed an online order waited 30 min to pick up. Somewhat busy when I arrived to pay (10people in line). 3 employees were scrambling and the manager (black shirt) was racing to get pizzas off the conveyor belt before they piled ontop of each other. 4th employee arrived while waiting for mine to cook. My online order was STARTED after I payed in person. Why even bother having online ordering!?!

My original post was from a few years ago. Still great pizzas but needs to clean in there. Staff usually good, but maybe a victum of their own success... Not cleaning tables. Wheres the owner on busy nights? Too bad. Have always liked this place for great, quick personal pizzas. Try a White Hen (chicken with white sauce), awesomeness and I add bacon to mine. Ive never tried the sandwiches

Well I didnt like the service because there was one rude red head food server wouldnt get me ice cream or a refill on water, she also told to "shut up" which I dont think was appropriate...the food okay the ice cream was okay once I got it MYSELF. Bread puffs were very good a little hot tho. So basically if youre thinking of coming dont come on Thursday night.

I consider myself a pizza addict and eat as much as I can get my hands on... this is some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Crust is way too thin coupled with overly greasy cheese that soaks into the crust and ruins everything. AVOID! Go to davannis instead

This is a great restaurant to visit with your family. the ingredients are fresh and the pizza is made to order. good service is always available and you get free ice cream. try the Cubb salad.

I went there because we had a free coupon. The pour kid that was trying to make crusts was new to the job and allowed to flounder in front of the incoming patrons. Not fair to him.

Best pizza in town. Organic and gluten free options. Amazing service. My opinion, preferred Solos Pizza in the area (there are a couple as of this writing).

This is a great pizza place! right next to the Hilton garden inn, its great for team parties! I prefer the big Tony. Served in less than 5 minutes!
