The worst!!! The rudest staff you will ever come across.. Nothing great about the food. 1. They dont honour coupons even if they are valid.. The staff as well the manager, comes up with DIFFERENT, NEVER MENTIONED, STUPID reasons and always look for a reason NOT to accept any coupons. 2. The person taking the orders, stands very far away from us, as if we are someone who should not be touched! Very rude and unpleasant staff. We will not feel like ordering anything, the way they respond to us or ask us what we need 3. There was no pleasant words or gestures in trying to explain their unimaginable lame reasons! Very rude.. If you leave your dignity and self respect at home, then go to this restaurant..

First impression: when I was driving up to this place it looked a bit sketchy. Once I got inside it seemed a bit odd with some looking paint The wait: we had to wait about 2 minutes for an employee to greet us after that we waited for approximately 10 minutes Food: The food was fantastic and was extremely entertaining to watch because we did the hibachi style. Great desert The Price: Expensive but worth it it was 15-45 dollars Bathrooms: male and female only but they were extremely clean and quiet modern Overall: A fun place to bring you family or friends, great food, okay service and I would rate it 8.9/10 stars just for the wait at the beginning and in-between meals

Probably the WORST restaurant place ever. Im not a mean person or anything, never did a review on a place before! But Id like to save someone there time and money and not go here! Go across the street to WOW SUSHI! The staff is weird here! they talk over you! The food: the sushi was not rolled tight everything was falling out before it got to us! And the avocado was so old and brown in my sushi! And everything is overpriced. Im sorry, but probably the worst place ever!!!!!

My husband & I went to Sakura for the first time the evening of Friday, 8/12/16. We just decided last minute to go there and so very glad we did. We decided to try the hibachi grill....let me tell you, The food was AMAZING! I didnt catch the chefs name but he was very entertaining and he cooked everything to perfection! And our bill was very reasonable too! We will definitely will be going back there again and taking friends and family with us!

Food is priced fair. The food is of good quality and the quantity is more than sufficient. The entertainment is great. Unlike other places they include fire in the show. Always a hit for first timers and kids. This was my first dinner experience here but come regularly for lunches with co-workers. The lunch specials at just under 12.00 for hibachi is a good value and food is of good quality. I will continue to return for lunches and dinners.

Well, service was non existent, after ordering, were told that sushi was cancelled for today, an hour after opening, hibachi meat was cold, chicken and beef so overcooked they were fossilized, vegetables cold, rice was bland, repeated order multiple times, asked to refill my water, told her it was a sprite, she preceded to fill it with water anyway, so we asked for a sprite, and got charged for it. Lets say never again

Omg sushi although it tasted not bad. Every peice fell apart. Every one has never happened to me before in two yrs.. They forgot one lady ordered scallops and they gave her my shrimp took it off her plate and put on my plate. Not cool. Also Im sick as hell. I frequent these places. This one I will not return too..

I ordered with other people. Everyone got their food, except me. I had to have then make my food separate due to shrimp allergies. They forgot to make my food. So Im starving and foodless while everyone else is eating. Our bill should have been free, but nope. Still charged us. If I can give negative stars I would.

I ordered the same soup as usual. Ingredients in the soup were not fresh. Mushrooms turned sour. I complained, did not leave tip this time, because I wasnt happy with my meal. Next time I went there, the manager ignored me and did not lead me in. I left the restaurant. I wont go there again.

Great place for Authentic Chinese food, including dim sum. Havent tried the Japanese food there, and doubt I will, because the traditional Chinese food is so good. Note, I am reviewing Authentic Chinese food not American Chinese food like almond boneless chicken...

This place is your classic hibachi grill. Its good food, good showmanship, and endless portions. The one outstanding comment I will give them, is their bathrooms are surprisingly huge and clean.

Pretty attentive staff, great Chinese food. The Chinese food is definitely better than the hibachi. The staff and food were great even though my family came half an hour before closing time.

Very impressed. Everytime Ive been anywhere but Ichibans I was disappointed. Not this time!!! Everything was perfect and didnt even need the delicious yum yum sause! cooked to perfection.

We had a wonderful experience. The food was great and our chef was very entertaining. As far as value the portions were substantial and menu prices are 30% less than Benihanas.

I was very disappointed. The resturant floors were dirty! The waiter was rude. The childrens meals dont even come with a drink. I will not return! Benihana is the way to go!

Food is good, but service is terrible. They listed on their door that says they open till 23:00 on Sat, but the Chinese chefs for the Chinese menu goes home at 22:00.
