Jessicas (host on receipt) customer service was so mean and nasty. Ive never experienced more rude behavior froma Burger King team member. I never leave home for a late night snack so I was excited to be out late for food, but she completely ruined the experience. She rushed me and cut me off twice while ordering. When I got to the window there was no greeting, she snatched my card, as I was about to tell her I wasnt finished with my order, she closed the window in my face. When I asked her if its okay that I order another thing she shoved my card in my hand, rolled her eyes, and closed the window in my face again. Terribly poor behavior....when I got home and called to speak with her manager....her behavior was poor as well....couldve been the same person for all I know. It doesnt matter though, burger King is a dying empire anyway.

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes fast sometimes slow. The whopper is flame broiled and usually my choice over other chain burger restaurants. They offer a veggie burger too which is really good. It has texture, not a crunch or chewy bite of a beef burger but it definitely has a mouth feel that is reminiscent of a burger. Theres other sandwiches that are different from the norm such as extra looking cheeseburger and the jr whopper. Fries are not as good as other places and i dont like the drink selection. Sweet tea is not sweet at all. The score reflects the service and half of the time my order is messed up or missing an item.

Horrible service the women in the deive through got an attitude with me because two people were trying to take my order at once and they were just confusing them selves then they were out of frozen drinks as usual and now I have stale old fries and a messy burger

Terrible service. After waiting 20 minutes for my food that was sitting there getting cold, asked for my money back, manager gave attitude and gave me no apology for the service. Oh and that doesnt include the 7 cooks in back talking instead of cooking.

Vanessa the clerk was extremely rude. Eye rolls an telling me to hurry up after I approached the counter. Still managed to mess up my order. Also she erredserved fries after cashing me out with no gloves on. Absolutely disgusting.

Not good at all. After waiting ten mins to order my double cheeseburger,w/o pickles, I waited another 10 mins to receive an old double cheeseburger with pickles. This shows lack of leadership..

This BK has a pretty quick drive through. Food is obviously mediocre at best. But hey, if you are a fan of yummy greasy whopper drippings, (which i am), this is a good pit stop!
