Got sack of 30 half everything n cheese and everything cheese no onion and 10 piece cheese stick 3 soggy new chicken and fried pickle sandwich got their 2 min after time when ready then took 15 min to place a separate order and other 15 for user smh get home sliders are cold from waiting in box to finish others orders then the extra 5, I made separate order 5 cheese burgers no pjckle

Used the app to pre order my food ahead of time. Just a sack of 10 random sliders, nothing crazy. They had the order ready 20 minutes late. Let me say that again, I had to wait for an online order for 20 minutes when I showed up at the time they said it would be ready. Bunch of idiots.

The last few times we came here we could hardly understand the person over the speaker at drive thru. Which resulted in our order being messed up. Also have gotten chicken rings from here 3 times now very under cooked and rubbery.

TOTAL SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Was charged for someone elses order. When asked for refund they said they couldnt. Was told to come back for free food as reciprocation, they refused to honor it. They literally stole money from me!

Got my order correct hot and quickly. Employees were very nice and seemed happy while working. This is my preferred White Castle location, Ill even drive out of my way to go here over other locations.

White castle as usual lives up to the quality of its reputation. We love the #oos but the drive thru service is always so slow. The young lady at the window was kind and we will go again.
