Ordered carryout at the Rochester Hills store. The quality of the food was average. Desert was part of my order, but it was not included. Of course, I did not realize this until I got home and unpacked everything. When I called the manager (Tilea), she apologized and offered to send a gift card. When I explained that I had similarly poor experiences with carryout at this store in the past and was very dissapointed, she became very defensive and it was obvious that she did not really care that I had a bad experience. This was especially frustrating for me given that I had explained to the manager prior to ordering that my previous experience with carryout at ths store was less than satisfactory with poor quality, cold food, and missing items. I thought that she would ensure that everything was correct with my order, given my previous poor experience with carryout at this store. When I expressed this to her, she said that she cannot check every order. By the end of my conversation with her my food was cold and I was very frustrated, so I returned to the store with my remaining food and asked for a full refund. The bartender (Bruce), who packed my food, offered no apology for not including the desert with my order. Both he and the manager seemed surprised that I had returned to the store, but I was too frustrated to let it go. She gave me a refund, but was not aplogetic at all. I would not epect this kind of service if I paid $10-$15 for a meal, but when you pay over $40 for a meal you expect better service than this. I do not understand how Red Lobster can expect customers to return when they provide this level of service. I would rather spend my hard earned money where it is appreciated! I see the commercials that Red Lobster has on TV. I think that more attention should be paid to providing better quality food and service than on the commercials. I would not recommend this restaurant!

I always enjoy eating at this Red Lobster. The biscuits are always hot and fresh. Salad is typical but the balsamic vinaigrette makes it taste great. The waitstaff has always been good and the manager has stopped by almost every time weve eaten there and has even dropped off coupons for future visits. They now have adopted a "team" system with two Our server was quick with the drink refills so we didnt have to ask the second server for anything, but weve all been to restaurants where the server never walks by again. One thing to pay attention to are the prices in the menu. I always get the "choose two" (crab legs with shrimp or sirloin). The sirloin has always had a $2 charge in addition to the standard price but now the crab legs have the extra fee. I asked the server about the charge on my bill and even he didnt know about the change in price but mentioned the menus had recently been changed. However, Ill definitively eat there again.

Went for endless shrimp between lunch and dinner. The service was great. She asked for the next shrimp choice and had it ready by the time the last shrimp dish was finished so we never had to wait between items. The pineapple habanero coconut bite shrimp were too sweet without any heat at all, but I really liked the smoky flavor of the garlic grilled shrimp. We also had teriyaki grilled shrimp and the breaded shrimp, which were also done well. The New Orleans salmon dish was okay, but I thought the sauce needed some help. It was lacking in some flavor and had almost a one note taste for me. Ive had much better fish at Bahama Breeze than Ive ever had here. The side of broccoli had no flavor, and the taste didnt improve with salt and pepper. So, if you want endless shrimp, this location would be a very good place to try it, but for fish, I would go elsewhere.

Ate at this Red Lobster on Monday night. Right as we went in the door we were seated by the master of hostessing, Steven. Hands down this guy should have been seating foreign dignitaries at an embassy in the major leagues. Then our server was Katherine who was also a delight. She checked on us often and refilled our drinks, and we were left without want. My family had some kind of lobster nonsense that they couldnt get enough of. My wife said the lobster tail was cooked flawlessly. The cooks deserve some recognition too as they are definitely part of the team. Personally, I dont eat sea food cause come on now, thats where people swim. I had a salad and everything about it was fresh except its attitude which was affable to a fault. Weve actually eaten here one other time and had an average experience, but this time it was worth mentioning.

I had a dinner with my family last night at his location [Red Lobster] for the first time. Were were very disappointed with the food quality. All our food was below average. Service was okay. Not planning to go back. Management should consult with red Lobster location in Omaha, NE, excellent food, clean store, very good service.

Weve been going to this Red Lobster since we were kids and it has always been very nice. Best cheesy biscuits. They also have a full bar and nice dessert menu. They have market fish specials. Prices are reasonable and it has a nice, friendly atmosphere.

Service very slow. Large place, but they stack customers next to each other.kitchen slow at getting meals out. My fish was cold and rubbery. One of the worst dinning experience in years. Not sure if ever dine here again. Need comment card at front desk.

I love Red Lobester, a lot. I have been to a few and some locations do not stack up. This location however is the one I drive out of my way to go to. It is very clean and the management cares and it shows in the service and food quality.

Went for my birthday and enjoyed every part of it! Our server AARON was awesome! Was very quick, precise with the order and made dinner enjoyable! Appreciate the service and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend this Red Lobster!
