I have been here a few times and the employees hardly seem welcoming. I only ever get food to go here because of the atmosphere. I usually make sure I have extra time because they are slow. I know the food is cooked fresh to order but it regularly takes well over 15 minutes to get your food. The food tends to be over priced but I have had consistent quality of food. Always has been tasty which brings me back. I dont plan on making this a frequent visit due to the unwelcoming staff, slowness, and pricing. Ill go to another restaurant in the same parking lot and just be as happy.

Horrible service. Waited for 6 min to be told that we would be helped, there werent a y other patrons in line ahead of us. Several tables were occupied and a few were still waiting for food. The staff were not getting along. One staff member was courteous to the patrons and other staff. It was difficult to ignore another staff members condescending comments to the other coworkers. I was very honored experience I never got the chance to try their food and now I have no desire to.

We ordered and the lady missed half the order, when we asked for water cups she walked away and played on her phone, they ran out of forks at the counter and when we asked she rolled her eyes! We ordered three salads all together and all the lettuce was brown.Then she went to the back there was a man walking around with no shirt. So overall are experience was not very good.

One of the worst ordering experiences Ive ever had. I ordered delivery through Grubhub at 6:00pm and the order was supposed to arrive at 7:00pm -- it is now past 8:15 and I finally canceled the order. They didnt even offer an apology. Almost TWO AND A HALF hours!!!!!! Get it together!!!! You changed the whole course of my familys evening.

I saw they had ofries (combo of fries and onion rings) and decided to come here. I was given 4 onion rings and a huge basket of fries. Please dont advertise a combo order and the portion sizes are so incredibly different! I could have just ordered a side of onion rings.

First time at wayback in Rochester. The burger was so small I thought they forgot to put it in the bun. When I said what a disappointment the workers just looked at me with no response. I will never go back!

The food was good but there was this idiot who didnt even work there but his friends did. He drank from the milk carton and ate in the kitchen. That was really disgusting, please enforce sanitary rules.

Two staff members, one of which was in training. Both were friendly. Burger was overpriced for the amount and quality of the beef patty. Sure didnt look like the ad on the wall.

Very clean I will give them that, but the chicken sandwich was so incredibly disgusting I couldnt take a second bite. The chicken was like rubber, it didnt break off like normal.

SLOW!!! waited 20 mins for 3 burgers and there were two people with individual orders in front of me. Good food, but horrible service makes it not worth eating at.
