I was having a bad time after having came from the burger king on eureka in southgate, the most rude people work there and they never seem to have anything/always forgetting to give you part of the order. So i went to the burger king on allen and northline and i have to say the food is standard for burger king. They had everything i requested but the reason i want to leave this review is the woman who took my order in the drive thru, Linda is the reason i am making this reviee she was amazing, polite, friendly, took my order in a fast fashion. She made me almost forget the bad time at the other bk, and definitly made my night! So thank you Linda!

I actually worked here and i work my butt off they treat you like crap from the minute you walk in the door they also have a lady at noghts that has an attitude with every customer and talks down on you like shes better then you if you havent noticed but yet they wash the floor out of a garbage can she will pick up food she drops on the ground and reserve it to you i wasnt a burger king fan in the first place but now unless i make it myself im never eatin fast food again alot of good people work here but its sad a few shitty ones ruin everyones day

Inkster rd location and the Southgate location suck. No matter how many times they remodel the outside....the staff is horrible at both locations. I have complained to the manager and even wrote to their corporate office. I dont want to leave a long message so I will make it quick. Young people work there are careless and come to work dirty , ring up the order touch money and make food with the same hands, cold fries, watery drinks, no napkins or condiments, never go thru drive thru(trust me).

Went there for breakfast on the way to work. I am new to the area, and it was my first time being there. I went through drive-thru and was surprised to see lunch was served during breakfast time! (Something that the BK in Livonia didnt do) Food was GREAT, and even though they were busy, it only took about two minutes to get my hot, fresh food!!

Staff was very friendly, unfortunately the cashier got practically every part of our order wrong. It was 3p Saturday and there was only a few other people there besides my family. Well stick to week days, as the manager then is really on top of things (this mgr was good too), but it didnt go as smoothly as it usually does... Im bummed out :(.

Horrible service food always cold pop tase nasty i ordered breakfast one morning inside the food and service was horrible and there lobby is dirty last time i when in there it was so dirty pop stained counters flies flying beware of this burger king stay way!!!!!!

They were fast and friendly and one of my meals was for eat-in and one was for carry out they kept the one that was for carry out a side on the warmer to keep warm for when I left great service friendly people highly recommend this location

This BK has as many power outlets as a Starbucks, and the decor is more like a Starbucks than a burger joint. Service was fast and accurate.
