Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cranberry apple salads with grilled chicken. The order was repeated back to me correctly. Waited at the window for over 5 minutes for them to make the salads, cars piling up behind me. I would have been willing to pull up so other orders could go out, but the cashier disappeared after I paid for the order. Like an idiot, I didnt check the order before I left. What I got was what was supposedly a chicken caesar. And, it was made incorrectly to boot. Seems they are trying to pinch a few pennies by substituting some very stale iceberg for the romaine lettuce and cutting the few pieces of tomato so thinly you could read through them. When I called to complain and described the food as crappy and the restaurant as a s**thole, I was hung up on. When I called back, she said I was calling her cuss names. Um, wrong. Dont go here. Long wait times, low quality food and cheaper food than what was promised.

I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and a large frozen lemonade - and it came to $6.40? I tried to call them to ask about the prices of those items, because of course I did not get a receipt, and they let it ring and then hang up the phone, even though the place is dead. I called the Allen Park BK and they said the same items would cost less than $5.00 there, and that based on the color of the band at the bottom of my cup, I got a small but paid for a large! Based on THEIR prices. She said that all BKs can charge whatever they want. TOTAL RIP OFF, and they have let my call go unanswered for about an hour now. The building, the drive thru door, everything looks in dire need of cleaning and repair. I washed my hands after she gave me my change. Never going back there!

Usually the wait isnt crazy, but today the drive-thru wait was over 15 minutes (no exaggeration). Its never been that bad; Ive been coming to this BK for years and years. I think the main reason was because the McDonalds across the street was closed, having their parking lot redone, and it was a very busy time of day, even though the line wasnt longer than usual (cant say for inside though). The food was fresh, our order was correct, and the workers were very polite.

My son and I dined in to day 9/25 @ 1:00pm and all of the tables were dirty, the only catsup they had were packets in a white bucket on the counter and I had to pull them apart then take them into the mens room and wash them off just to open them because they were covered with something and very sticky just to find out they were spoiled and tasted terrible. This restaurant has gone down hill and I wont be coming back

I like eating at that Burger King is really awesome but they need to fire two employees that work there they keep messing up the order either a messing up mixing up the orders or or just completely giving you the wrong order and I gave you your entire order at all but other than that that Burger King is really good they the food is really

THIS IS THE MOST DIRTIEST BURGER KING EVER,,,I NEVER GO INSIDE CAUSE I USALLY PURCHASE THE SAME FOOD FOR MY FAMILY EVERY THURSDAY,,,,SO,I WENT TO GET MY FOOD ORDER CORRECT AND THEN I OPENED THE DOOR TO DIGUSTLING DIRTY RESTURANT,HOW DOES THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT LET THIS PLACE STAY OPEN,,,,I WILL BE CALLING ON THEM MONDAY

Not well staffed, sloppy employees, negative attitudes. I felt like someone would go off if Id ordered the extra pickles I like. The drink machine was out of anything other than diet and no one cared that people were waiting to have their drinks filled at the drive through station.

Absolutely the worst restaurant downriver. Theyve forgotten part of our order nearly every time weve attempted to eat there, and what food weve received has usually been cold, and rubbery. Described in one word, GROSS!
