Im giving this place four stars because they have a excellant concept to the way they do things there. I like how you pick your protien then your bun your cheese then on the other end once the burger is done you tell another person what free toppings you want. My burger was good i got a Steak sirloin ground beef burger on a Brioche bun with garlic shrimps and smoked gouda cheese with lettuce marinated cucumbers and onions and garlic mayo. The burger is good but im not happy with them using pre made proably frozen beef patties i can tell pre made frozen patties when im eating them plus they are really thin and it didnt take them long to cook them because they are so thin! If they made their own patties i can see this being a A-1 Burger place! I also ordered boiled corn you get two halfs with parm and cilantro, first off they use frozen corn no no no not for the price they are charging and honestly fresh just taste better. Trust me i get why restruants do some of the things the way they do, its just cheaper but if you charging the customer the prices that you are then come correct because regardless of what you charge if you serving good fresh stuff people are going to buy it flat out! The man who took out order was nice and professional and the man who fixed the burgers up with the condiments was professional too! The inside was super clean i cant say i wont go back Ill go back and try other stuff they have crab burgers, turkey burgers they got hot dogs sausages they have chicken sandwiches, salads etc. Over all this place is definitely worth a try!

The burgers are OK, service is fine, and a good assortment of toppings. Loved the Cajun and Parmesan and cilantro fries. The thing that bothered me is paid for bacon on my burger and they forgot. I reminded the guy making my burger but they were running low on bacon. Their solution to the problem was to take all the bacon, cook it, and chop it up to put on customers burgers. Either sell bacon until you run out or dont sale it. Dont cheat the customer by still charging me and giving me less. Makes you wonder if this is the kind of shortcut they deem acceptable then what else is going on behind the counter. I bet you they dont do this at Wahlburger, Five Guys, Hot Toppings, Smash Burger, or any other reputable burger joint.

Was really looking forward to trying the food, but our order from GrubHub still isnt here after 2.5 hours and multiple phone calls to check on it. Since we ordered milkshakes, kind of hoping that it DOESNT show. Glad we were going to pay cash. Pretty disappointed. UPDATE: She did show, and then proceeded to throw a hissy fit on my porch when she hadnt come prepared with the correct change that we noted would be necessary in our order. After THREE AND A HALF HOURS we turned her away, because by that point Im certain my milkshake would have been orange flavored milk and my fish sandwich would have been cold and, know what? Not paying $50 for that. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON GRUBHUB. DONT DO IT.

Called to place a phone order and after being on hold for approx. 3 mins a gentleman answers to take my order. As Im going down the list of their online menu he rudely interrupted me and told me i needed to call back because I wasnt ready. I notified him that I was a first time client and wasnt familiar with the menu he told me he was too busy and i needed to call back. I think he forgot he was in the business of satisfying customers. Although i just moved close by I will never eat here because of how poorly I was treated! Food for thought....perhaps I had walked in and stood in line would he have kicked me out of line for the same reason? So consider this, I was in line via phone!

Very dissatisfied with service at this location. I ordered a burger and went home to enjoy but found a long piece of hair after my first bite of the burger. I was so disgusted that I immediately vomited. Called the location to speak to a manager but got a young lady who told me all the cooks wear hair nets. I knew that wasnt true because they werent wearing any when I visited. Dont plan on returning any time soon.

So many different combinations and even healthy options. The Salmon burger is good...Ive had better though. The crab burger is better but harder to stay in burger form. Fries are great and it doesnt take long. Something different for the area, definitely tasty but not healthy. They should make an effort to get into sandwiches as well to be more health conscious.

The first time I visited this establishment the food was good. This time not so much. Myself and two friends ordered three turkey burgers yesterday . All three turkey burgers had a terrible aftertaste, overcooked/tough with an odd grayish color, and clearly not fresh. Very dissapointed . Realized it wasnt right after the first bite. Not going back!

I travel all over the US, when I am out of town I like to find the best burger joint. After trying to go to 1 really dirty spot and two closed ones I called and spoke with Omar. He was very hospitable and assured me it was worth stopping. He did not steer me wrong! I highly recommend the sweet potato fries too. Ill be back when Im in the area.

These burgers are sinfully irresistible! They have such a unique menu, its insane! You can get lobster and shrimp on your burger among a ton of other unconventional items. And their shakes are good too! Im not even from this side of town, but Id make that 30+ minute drive quite often to taste these burgers again. Great job!

I wasnt impressed like I hoped Id be. Pros: tons of toppings Cons: ordered a turkey burger and expected fresh ground turkey, instead it was a pre-made patty. Burger was put together sloppy, couldnt enjoy because the toppings were sliding off. I may try a chicken sandwich or veggie burger if I ever find my way back

Food was awesome had the steak burger and fries and a strawberry shake one of the best Ive ever tasted everything tasted awesome and everything is made fresh. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. The one we visited was your new location in Garden city. Service was also great

Ordered online. Food was ready when promised. Good, fresh triple and veggie burgers, onion rings, sweet potato fries, grilled corn on the cob, strawberry shake, orange cream shake, root beer float, but they forgot my fresh avocados on the veggie burger. Will give them another try later.

I just ordered a salmon burger. Its had chipotle pepper relish , red onions, garlic herb mayo , tomatoes pickles the whole works. By far the best burger I ever had! Im proud of a black owned business making gourmet burgers. I suggest everyone try it! Keep up the good work guys!#peace

1st time here. Great service. Everyone was friendly and willing to offer some suggestions. Even though I studied the menu for days before I went it was still overwhelming with so many choices. My burger and toppings were fresh and it was all done very quickly.

After Coming to the Restaurant (5) Days in a row, I have to say Im Officially Hooked!!! I Love the Veggie Burgers!!! The Milk Shakes are Awesome!!! And the Onion Rings are Hot and Crispy!!! I highly recommend you come and Create your Own Masterpiece!!!!
