I dont know what went wrong.. But this place used to be ok. But now its unpredictable... The food is diffrent every time u order. Everything gets cooked on one grill, u can taste and smell all other orders( old grease and what not). Also if you leave your cell phone there or wallat then forget about.... Its in detroit somewhere.. Waitresses steal... Also unprofessional and unclean. No body wants their food to be served by a 4 inch curved nails waitress.

Poor and rude management. Customer service is very poor. I use to really like this place. The red head in particular is very nasty, I called back to share my concern with management and the female "manager" was in turn rude and hung up on me. Several customers complained in the parking lot. Wont be going back. Needs a more mature staff. This is unfortunate as this place is close to home.

Lets hope the new owners treat their staff better & dont allow the jealous bitchy ones to play childish head games. If that older woman, April, is still there, i feel sorry for the customers, sshe DOES NOT treat customers or co workers well. Now the food, its not bad at all..if you had a bland meal, its an off day for either you or the cook

Horrible experience there. Me and my husband went there last night, sat down at a booth no one greeted us we waited 45 mins, no one ever came over to take our order finally we just left. I would of understand if the place was busy, but there where only 2 people in the whole place, including the cook that was sitting at the bar.

The food is normally pretty good. There homestyle chicken is very good when they dont over cook it. However they have some of the rudest employees. They get a D in customer service. The only reason it is a D because there are only two nice employees that work there.
