Red Robins mission is to make a great burger. Unfortunately time and again they have failed to live up to this basic standard. My visit yesterday was simply one more disappointment with the food. Last night I ordered a Whisky River BBQ Burger which is basically a burger with some BBQ sauce and some crispy onions on top. I ordered the burger to be cooked medium. It was rare and room temperature when it was delivered to my table. You couldnt taste the BBQ sauce under the mountain of lettuce and flavorless tomatoes that had been piled on. The meat certainly wasnt seasoned which is a major pet peeve of mine. The result was a slimy mound of cold tasteless ingredients. It really was a letdown. It really isnt that hard to make a great burger and for a place that claims to specialize in them they routinely fail at their core job. The staff is nice and can be helpful but when the food is overpriced and undercooked there is only so much they can do. Skip this place and find one of the many better local options if you are looking for a great burger.

I recently gave this location another chance as my previous visits had all resulted in disappointing meals. I am a fan of onion rings, however I would always be presented with over salted half fried rings. I started my night by trying to order a featured gingerbread milkshake just to be told they were out. This didnt create a big issue and I brushed it off as a busy Sunday. Then our tabled ordered onion rings just to be told that they were out of these as well. We were offered fries for the table which were barely warm and tasteless. One guest at our table ordered a seafood meal and they were out of clams as well. I wont be visiting this location again as I have had multiple bad experiences

Service and order accuracy has been slipping lately. I really enjoy Red Robin. They make excellent burgers and fries. However the last few times Ive ordered, the service and order accuracy has been lacking. Last week, I spent 15 minutes on hold for a to-go order. When I arrived, it wasnt even busy, but the bartender (the one who takes the to-go order) was chatting it up with a server and could care less. Today, I came in to get a to-go order, which the bartender said would take 10-15 minutes. 35 minutes later I walked out with my food, which was not a complete order. I wont say Ill never go to Red Robin again, but Ill definitely think twice before I do.

Horrible service every time Ive went. Also two times Ive been there Ive found hair in my food and complained about it. One of the times the waitress gave me attitude about asking her for a totally brand new plate fries and all bc I didnt know what else was on the plate if there was a massive hair in my food. Also takes forever for food to come out half the time its just sitting there and waitresses and waiters dont pay attention and busy talking to one another. Gave this location too many chances which I will not do anymore.

Gluten Free options, INCLUDING fries! They are cautious about cross contamination and the only issue I have had is with their drinks. So now I stick to water when eating here. Problems with this location: I brought my family here, and my father got a hamburger with an entire cooks glove inside of it!!!! And they wouldnt even comp that one burger! Another issue, they cant seem to keep good wait-staff. Im not sure if they pay poorly or what but whenever I find a server that takea care of me, theyre gone within a few months.

I didnt tip the girl Brooklyn that worked there because she just sucked never got our refills and didnt remeber to bring anything we asked for. The food was crappy but that wasnt her fault the French fries arent fresh. We didnt tip her and she ended up writing her own tip on for 3 dollars I called the restaurant and told them they said they were going to call corporate and refund the money but that NEVER HAPPENED. So we are never returning. Hopefully she got fired. That is stealing they must not feel the same way about it.

I been to Red Robin a few times, and I must say its absolutely fantastic. My fiancee and I went there on a Late Friday Afternoon, which was steady but busy, and The Staff did a tremendous job with greeting, serving, handling, care, and food preparations. It may be a little pricey, but its worth it the money. The Atmosphere in the restaurant was cheerful, exciting, and and enjoying!. I know 2 employees that work there including The Manager. The Manager is doing a phenomenal Job . Keep up the good work TEAM!.

Red Robin is consistently good. We have been to some in different cities in Michigan and just recently visited this one. The food is always good. The have gluten free buns which is good because I am a celiac. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The prices at Red Robin are a little high for hamburgers and fries but the food always seems great. We drink water and avoid the expensive sodas.

Service was very slow. Even though we told the waitress we were on our lunch hour she made no effort to get us our food, bills, or even bring back out credit cards in a timely manner. I also was given Macaroni and Cheese that was burnt on the top and when I told the waitress that it was burnt and how bad it tasted she responded with "its only the top."

I have not been to a Red Robin for a long time, but a friend asked me to join him so I did. The last time I went the food was ok, but the burger buns just were almost like they were stale. They would break apart as you ate your berger. This time the berger was really good and the buns soft and delicious. Ill be back again much sooner this time.

Awful food and service. I used to enjoy Red Robin but Ill probably never go back after today. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but after being completely ignored and forgotten about it was apparent that our waitress just didnt care. The food was comparable to a bad burger king experience. I will never return to this location.

I live about an hour from this restaurant, but come every time I get a chance, about once a month or so. Food is consistantly awesome, the restuarant is always spotless, and staff are very friendly. The manager even came to check on us during or lunch. Good prices, and all you can eat fries!!! Cant beat that. A+++ for our family!

Good food but a little on the pricey side. For the same burger you can get at other locations its about $3-$4 more here. They say unlimited fries but they always wait till youre done with your burger and say they will bring more yet its always awhile after that, so you fill up quicker and not eat them or want them.

The burgers are top notch. They have the option to replace the bun with lettuces leaves which is amazing for those on a low carb diet. The servers are friendly and are willing to go above and beyond. All in all its a good option for lunch or dinner and wont break the bank.
