Went to Burger King today, (1/22/17)around 9:20pm. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich jr and a whopper jr with cheese. When I got to the window, the young lady asked me if I ordered 1 or 2 burgers. I told her 2. She then told me my total. She ran my card but did not give me a receipt. She then gave me my food. When I looked in the bag, I did have two items, so I drove off. Once I got home and unwrapped them, I had 2 double cheeseburgers. I did not get anything I order. I didnt have to a receipt, so I could not get the phone number. I then got the number from google, called 3 times, and no one picked up. Also realizing, they did not give me a receipt because they did not know what I ordered!... I will not be going there again!

Strike 1- they were out of chicken fries. Strike 2- could not hear the person through the speaker at drive thru. Strike 3- Asked for a burger and chicken sandwich with NO mayo. Got the burger with extra mayo and the chicken sandwich completely plain, no lettuce. Strike 4- I was given no receipt so I was no able to call when I got home and realized my whole order was screwed up. Strike 5- found the phone number on Google and no one would answer the phone. Just kept ringing. Needless to say I will not be going back and I called corporate headquarters to complain. I am expecting a phone call back.

This place is a joke. I am sitting in this bk right now very pissed. I just purchased three cheeseburgers and a small fry and the manager handled my fries with out gloves and I asked her why she wasnt wearing gloves and why the other employees didnt have hair nets, she said they are not required to wear gloves in the front and that the workers have hats on. You are handling someones food you should always have gloves and hair net. She clearly got pissed her face turned red and she walked off shaking her head. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Two months ago I came here and couldnt trust eating the food from the drive through because their employees were playing some kind of practical joke acting like they did something to my food. The manager was the one who handed me my bag and the employees were laughing. It took nearly 10 minutes sitting in the drive through before I went to the window to ask if they closed down the drive through. Apparently I made them angry. Never returning even though I drive by 2x daily.

Rude. Unprofessional. Slow. Incompetent. Thats just the management of this "fast" food restaurant. It goes even farther downhill from there. I have never had the food I ordered, done the way I ordered, and served in less that 7 to 10 minutes, even during "slow" off-peak times. This Burger King needs its franchise license revoked and all employees and management fired with cause. Better food and service next door at Checkers.

Horrible establishment. I believe it was a manager working this morning, even though I hope no one would out some so rude in charge. I asked for a meal, received no has browns, went inside and was told I didnt order a meal, basically being called a list. This person does not deserve to be on drive thru, or front counter having interaction with customers! I Used to go through EVERYDAY. now I will take my business elsewhere.

This burger king has some really nice employees, many are rather rude but the ones that I see that are there on a daily basis and have worked there for years are very good people Veronica, Mimi, Oscar and Veronicas daughter are the best employees well the ones that stand out the most for their customer service. Burger King management should look into the new young people that they hire those are the rude ones.

The food is always hot and tasty, for Burger King. The staff is terse and often outright rude. Theyve never said "please"or "thank you" to me. The wait is very long for fast-food. My average time between ordering and getting the food is about 5 minutes. On one occasion, I waited 12 minutes for my burger. The only reason I eat here is because its the only place near my workplace that sells vegetarian items.

This particular Burger King has the worst employees I have ever spoken to. I tried calling them and they used ringing noises to annoy me and block me. I have never been harassed like this before and I think that its disgusting that they would do this to another human. It really hurts. They would also make fun of me on the phone and yell at me. I demand an apology from the employees and the manager.

They are short staffed most of the time, so service is slower than expected. However, the staff just keeps working hard to serve the public. Its a difficult job that most do not appreciate. Making a stressful job more stressful. I look up to the individuals working this BK and sticking with it. They are ones to be admired.

I went in to order 5 Jr whopper meals at $3.99 each. The store had it on thier menu. Burger King advertise it on TV. But the manager wouldnt sell it to me because she didnt have a button on her cash register yet? But to make up for it she said shed accept two coupons per person. Wow

My cashier was kind, and my food was served rather quickly compared to other BKs. The restroom was clean also. My only beef is many of the tables appeared to not have been wiped down in a while and this BK doesnt have a Coke Freestyle machine, but not a huge deal. :)

In at 1pm for lunch,4 people working, it was 27 minutes till I received my meal. There service is terrible. Thats way to long to wait at a fast food restaurant. This location needs help. Pick another place to go for lunch. Dinner not much better.

Aweful plaxe!! Everyone who works here either is rude, hates life, or has no patience. Also, their drive thru motto is midnight or later, and they always close way before midnight. Wednesday 3/15/17 10:30pm, sat there for 10 minutes, no service!!

There is not rating this place. I was there 2:11 the afternoon of the 23 your staffing was rude. They were goofing off and got my order wrong. Thats the third time I was there and will be the last. I will make sure everyone I know my experience.

Got breakfast today they forgot my straw for my pop no napkins gave me regular pop instead of diet (Im a diabetic) thanks for the sugar. They are rude and unhappy. Come on owner you need to fix this. Not going back to this one.

Staff is often rude and disrespectful to management in front of customers. Orders are often wrong and after 11pm on weeknights, theyll stop taking orders for no discernable reason.
