I wish I could leave no stars. I ordered food, while waiting the cook was making the burgers. A girl staffer went to take out trash and was spilling liquid so another guy went to help her take out trash. When the guy came back he went behind counter and started messing with the buns lettuce and tomatoes the cook had already laid out....without gloves. He was just messing with the liquid dripping trash bags, then came to touch the buns and stuff the cook was preparing with out gloves...why....he had no purpose in touching the food anyway. The cook has already prepped it....let alone without gloves. I told the cashier we wanted a refund and they can keep the food. Then the guy went and put on gloves. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning.

Staff was very friendly and service was fast... However, floor throughout the restaurant was very slippery, like, I went to the bathroom and started to slide into the splits. I think someone mixed up the wash water with the fryer grease. The burger wasnt bad, and enough to fill you up, but the best I can say is it was lackluster and didnt really have any flavor; given the ingredients I could have made it in the microwave at my hotel. This isnt meant to be mean or negative, Ive just had better burgers elsewhere.

The owner is terrible with customers and wants to argue and not cook the food right I would never go back they can keep the money the general manager she is a sweetheart and runs this business she listens to what customers want but the owner has a problem listening to customers customers are always right no matter what . Corporate needs to breathe down his throat and teach him about customers

Burgers are great, made to order, and the staff is usually really nice. The fries are horrible, and the chips are usually stale. When I first started coming here the place was great except the fries, but its going downhill the longer they have been open. Just another example of franchise greed stealing customer satisfaction for profit.

This place is great I ate here for the first time and I would recommend it to everyone I would be the first to tell you if this place wasnt good but it is the staff is great the food is great dont take my word for it you need to go try it

As my first time coming in, Talea (spelling?) was incredibly nice. Helped me while I took a little long to order, was very patient and helped me enjoy my first visit! Ill definitely be coming back! :)

Just another yuppie burger place. Nothing special, I didnt like the fries, and they do not have Dr. Pepper ! The staff was ok, nothing stood out to make me come back.
