Waited in line for over 10 minutes for the order. Get up to the window to be told the order still was not ready. The whole time we are being told their are 3 employees including the owner were just sitting around talking. Then we noticed they messed up the order on the receipt so we tried to get thier attention waving and tapping on the glass. Every single employee literally everyone that we saw. Looked at us and just kept on talking and walking away from the window. Finally after honking the horn the owner stuck his finger up telling us wait a minute, then walked off. Came back and when we tried to explain the order was wrong he had a very rude attitude. He claimed "This is a fresh food restaurant not a fast food place." Then claimed it takes 8 minutes for our food to cook an we were at our 7 minute mark. We were there for almost 15 minutes. Finally at that point of him rudely claiming this supposed facts we asked for our money back. 4 people came up and watched the manager question our order after telling the Owner we wanted our money back. Sat there for another 4 minutes while 4 people stared at us talking. The line behind us was packed to the brim with cars. While after everything finally we got a receipt with it showing refund. I will be monitoring my account. I have never been to a place this bad. I wouldnt even try the food over the lazy and disrespectfullness of the whole situation. I can not believe how upsetting this was. I was so motivated for this restaurant. I dont even want to look at I passing anymore. It is sad to write this negative review. The Better Business Bureau should really step in on this owners establishment. Drive threw window is pointless if you have to wait almost 10 minutes for your food too supposedly cook....

The food was good i wont lie but 13.79 after tax for a burger and fries is absolutly outrageous. I went to eat lunch by myself, orderd a double bacon burger that was advertised for $7.29. Apprently its $3.49 for fries and a $1.99 for a drink and I didnt up size. Youd think the $3.49 would cover the drink as well. Even still ive never paid $12.00 for a burger that wasnt huge which mine wasnt. Had I realized this I never wouldve went in the place. Ill stick with Hardees cant beat the taste or price.

The food was just okay for me. I went with few friends after work since it was somewhere wed been wanting to try. We each ordered a sandwich and the worker suggested a combo and we all up sized. The worker offered onion rings as a side for the combos so I got them. He didnt metion the $3.99 upcharge. The total for 3 people to eat was $30 and the food was was no bigger or better than a competitors. If fact, it looked just like 5 Guys food. The service was good but I wont be returning.

Awesome! Freshest burger Ive had in a long time, nothing about it was too much or too little. The fries are fantastic too, you can tell its made to order! The manager was walking around while we were there asking everyone what their thoughts were and was being very nice and polite. Costs a bit more than your run of the mill fast food but it makes it up in quality. Food was brought out quickly and professionally.

Horrible service ( young girl at the counter never even cracked a smile and acted like we were a bother) food was actually cold when it came out. Cheese fries had almost no cheese. The kids shakes got to the table as we were finishing the meal. Basically an all around bad experience. They just opened so we thought they would really be on the ball but not the case. 12/29/2016

Went with my family on Christmas Eve & they were swamped. The line moved quickly, the young man working the drive thru was super polite, & we got our food quickly. My niece & I ordered the Cheesy burger meal. That was the best fast food burger Id had in a very long time. Everything was fresh & tasted like it was made when we ordered it. Would definitely go back!

The price is absolutely outrageous for the quality and quantity of food you get from this place. It is an alright burger joint, at best, that happens to be one of the most expensive restaurants in one of the most expensive parts of Bay Co.

First time here. I went through the drive thru. I ordered the philly cheesesteak. It was not good. It was over cooked and dry. On top of that there was only 1 car ahead of me and it took about 20 minutes to get the food. I wont be back.

We ate there last night (1/24/17) and all got sick not long after eating. I took my 4 year old who has been throwing up since last night to the doctor today who said she felt strongly that it was food poisoning. We want be back

Terrible food, terrible service, very expensive. The people who work there could care less if your order is correct or if you get your food in a timely manner. Save yourself a trip and skip this place.

The food IS fast food, but it is at sit down fresh food prices.burger,fries,drink combo=$9.00+tax!! Just a regular burger,not even a special type burger. It just costs too much.

Not worth the price. Burgers are decent but chicken sandwiches are terrible. Onion rings were good but over all the price is ridiculous for the quality.
