We enjoy Burger King. However the manager should instruct one employee at this location about being friendly and thanking the customer after paying and when picking up the order. The young lady taking our order didnt smile or say hello. Just looked at us waiting for us to speak. Weve been at this location several times and have been waited on by this same young lady with the same reaction. The other employees are friendly and smile. It would be nice if everyone greeted their customers and smiled once in a while. Well continue to use this BK. Its convenient for us. In general we like this location and otherwise we wound be five stars for us. Thanks

After waiting more than 10 minutes (there were 3 people in line ahead of me) to order at lunch time today, I asked the cashier if there were pickles on the veggie burger (some BKs say they dont put them on this sandwich, others do, so I ask). "I have no idea," she said, rather sharply. Well, I have an idea that thats the last time Ill go that Burger King and probably will eat at others less frequently. Its one thing to be rushed, its another to be merely incompetent, and its another as in this case, to be flat-out rude. I went elsewhere for lunch.

Will never visit again the guy at the counter told me when I ordered my meal that there was only one size meal although the menu said medium add .50 large add .100 I asked about it he said NO!! They only come in one size, later that visit I asked for a small bag for what I didnt eat, he said like a dummy" a small bag of what??? Duh how much training do these guys get either none at all or they are heavy drug users which wouldnt surprise me for being nothing but a burger flipper lol I wouldnt even rate them at a zero

I waited 15 min in the drive thru just to place an order and never even had the chance to pay bc I was fed up waiting so damn long for "fast food". Theyve screwed up my order on multiple occasions. You people are burger flippers, not surgeons. Ive done your job when I was younger and we filled orders within 180seconds of the order being placed. Absolute garbage here. You know there is a problem when the average age of their employees looks to be 35.

For an older building it is phenomenally clean.The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We only go to this BK location for BK breakfast and it is always made piping fresh. You can literally see the steam coming out of the food. Thats been our experience at least. To the staff and management - keep up the good work!

Honestly this is the absolute worst burger king. Sat in the bathroom for 25 minutes violently crying, upon exiting my food was STILL NOT DONE. Got 2x more good than I ordered after 10 more minutes. My friend had to wait a whole hour. We ordered 2 burgers and chicken nugget. Terrible. Would rate 0/10.

Kudos to the lunch hour shift manager today. She managed beautifully. Clearly a tough job done well. She kept new employees moving and kept the kitchen running smoothly while remaining calm cool and collected. The staff was courteous and got through the rush pretty well.

I go there every Wednesday for lunch and every time I get food there they always mess up my order didnt get a sandwich didnt gets drinks one time and today didnt get drinks again even tho its on the receipt

Two customers in the drive thru, me being one of them. Ask for a #3, no tomato. I thing! They couldnt figure that out. Worst operation in Kalamazoo. Thisbranch should fire everyone. Your job is very simple!
