1st off the professionalism in this store on westnedge is by far the worst I have came across in my entire life. Listening in employees taking about smoking weed. Now to the issue at hand. I walked in and someone from the back said we will be right with you. Ok not a big deal. 3 or 4 minutes go by and another young couple walks in. And walks to the opposite end of where the cash register is and the lady says welcome to Burger King what can I get you? Wait!?! What!? While I was there in front of the register for that 4-5 minutes there were multiple employees standing at the register not willing to take my order for an Oreo shake. I have never written a review on this location before but I have had multiple bad experiences from still frozen French toast sticks to forgetting my onion rings on multiple occasions.. This is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been in and I will never return to another BK because of this

First time at this location and never coming back. Terrible service tried to be nice to the lady who was helping but she was not having it. Along with it seeming that coming in was an inconvenience. Manager had come in and everyone behind the counter seemed to be way happier. Food was cold and did not seem like it was prepared properly. Guess thats the trend around here at all of the local burger kings. Word of advice if you want to have customers at least try to be nice. The final nail in the coffin was that when the manager came in to deliver buns her friend got her food before I did.

Although I had a credit card customer ahead of me the service was good but ordering what shouldve been the hottest items to come out (Big Fish x 2) one was barely warm with other just warm fries were hot enough but hard to sallow when cooled, $1.79 for a small fountain coke is rediculous considering the cost is under a dime, I did get full, two Stars is way better than what I gave McDonalds which was zero stars from last 4 visits over last 3 years, next time Im out of town and want hot fast food I will go out of my way to find a Steak & Shake.

Cleanliness is alright not enough for me to want to dine in. Older Burger King so they only have one entrance at the very front of the store facing the main road. You have to walk around even if you are handicapped or disabled. The facility is not wheelchair friendly. Staff is courteous and great with the orders. Especially when we had no clue what we wanted. Food order was correct. Fries were not hot, but still ok. Whopper was not dry and tasted as expected.

Dirty & disgusting lobby and drink area. Over cooked, old fries. Food made wrong. 6 people behind the counter all joking with the manager... no one could be bothered to say hello or address us & it was clear waiting on us was a major inconvenience to the fun.... 2nd terrible service and food within 6 months, absolutely the last time we give Burger King our money.

A "value" menu now costs $9.75. Exqueeze me? a baking powder? And that wasnt even a large size. Go across the street and get 2 pizzas from that guy who owns the redwings. Plus burger king is garbage. Dont support these price gouging (fill in your own 4 letter word(s))s.

Foods okay but not fresh as it should be, especially the breakfast sandwiches, theyre smooshed and sometimes not hot. Service can be sometimes snotty in the mornings. Employees dont seem to put their all into good service and presentation of the food ordered.

Order a 2 for 10 Whopper meal fries came out Burn mixed with onion rings asked for some new Frys the other price came out raw by then my burgers are cold did not have the frizzy that I want it so I have to get something else was not pleased at all

I went through the drive thru and the BK sign was still on to only find out they were closed as i started to order. A lady came out to tell me that they were closed , if your closed then the bk sign should be off.

Closes early quite frequently.... Hours are posted saying that they are open until midnight. Tonight when we called (after going somewhere else) we were told they were closed because they were short staffed.
