This place used to be great but is pretty awful now. The burgers used to be bigger and are now pretty mediocre. Fries are good, but often arent delivered hot when your plate is brought out. The worst part is the service. It takes at least 5 minutes for a single request to be filled. Theres nothing more frustrating than waiting for refills while your food gets cold. The bottomless fries should really be called "second serving fries" because thats all you have time for unless you plan on waiting an extra 20 minutes for another basket. Sadly, Im giving up on this place. Ive had too many bad experiences at this point. Maybe one day theyll get their act together. Until then, there are other places that are cheaper with better food and much less frustrating.

Very disappointed on this trip to this Red Robin we usually come here once a month when we drive from Indiana to go to Cabelas we always eat at this location. I recently had a hip replacement and havent been away from home other than Drs appointments in over 2 months. I was so looking forward to a nice relaxing meal but my Chili Cheese burger was unable to be eaten because the burger was burnt and chili was dry they offered to replace it but I didnt want to wait cause I was getting tired. They didnt charge me for it either but I left hungry. This has never happened to me here before but I wont go back. So

Something has changed at this location. Service used to be good. Now it takes forever to get your food and when you do get it, the food is just barely warm. Just tonight it took our party of 4 almost an hour to get our food and it was cold. And, one of our orders was for "no pink" and it came pink. Our previous trip to this same location took almost the same amount of time for two of us.

Wait time around 30 minutes... Servers did not have much hype as they used to... Missing the manager that used to come by and ask about our meal! Burgers came out almost cold and server forgot bacon for my burger (which I didnt mind either way) it was almost empty when we got there so why wait so long for practically cold food? Going to another location and hoping for the best...

The food was great but our server (stefon according to receipt) needs to be retrained. When I asked for a second "bottomless steak fries" I received a shocking look as he scanned our table and then I was the shocked one when he said "you guys really like those fries." Ran out of drinks. Shouldve stayed home and served ourselves. Terrible and lazy server

Extremely kid friendly. Chalkboards to play with, games, a decent kid menu with crayons. Vegetarian options are absolutely fabulous which is really surprising for a burger joint. Fries are great and the people are always nice and very kid tolerant. Has both indoor and outdoor seating also a bar with really fun boozy shakes too.

Food was good. Service was atrocious. For the amount that three burgers cost here, you should at least get some kind of acknowledgement that youve had to wait 40 minutes for food. Having to ask for forgotten drinks and getting ignored by the server just added to the frustration. Im highly unlikely to return any time soon.

Food is always very good. Service is very hit or miss at this location. When its bad its REALLY bad. They seem to be short handed a LOT. There are some employees that are GREAT..and others that need to move on. Youll notice this when the whole place is almost empty and they cant seem to find a table for you....get ready. LOL

This place is great! We go here often and the staff is always friendly and the food is always great. Do be aware its not a fast place so dont go here if you are in a time squeeze. That applies to the to-go area as well. The food still takes a long time to be prepared. Its worth it though their burgers are legendary.

This place has gone downhill in the past year or so. The remodel changed everything. The atmosphere is no longer as kid friendly. This used to be my daughters favorite place to eat. But now the service is very slow...food isnt near as good as before either. It is kind of disappointing to see it all fall so far.

Hamburgers are their specialties. Since most of them are thick . They tend to take a little longer than usual. Get free fries while waiting. Sunday afternoon by the bar was good when there is no football on. One waitress for 2 tables. She has to work harder for tips. Food was hot and good thanks to Stephanie.

Went there when it first opened and had one of the greatest burgers of all time. Now....cold fries (and they are all you can eat so doesnt make since why they are cold) and burger was over cooked and Luke warm. Will not return too many other places out there that can make a burger and fries and serve drinks.

The food was good and service efficient. However, the place was dirty. We got a booster seat that was almost black from the dirt. It was sticky to even touch. The window seal had food all in it and dirty napkins in the seat. Made it difficult to enjoy the food.

Food was great at this location, but the staff is pretty slow and can mess up orders very easily. They messed up my grandmas order, but offer her meal for free. I highly recommend the onion rings! They are delicious and come with ranch dress and BBQ sauce!

I enjoyed the fries, onion rings, and other sides. They were good but nothing spectacular. I was disappointed with the burger, I really wasnt impressed, there wasnt anything wrong with it. I was just expecting a really awesome burger.

Food is good but service is typically slow. After my last experience (50+ mins to get our food with 2 small kids) I wont be back to this location. That being said, great online allergen menu. Which if you need it, youll appreciate it.

Absolutely no complaints. The 4 of us were served by great staff and we were able to stick to our diets with all the healthy options. We will make this a favorite place! Oh yeah, and the skinny margarita doesnt taste skinny!

Burgers are a tad expensive but all you can eat fries are pretty good- as long as the waiter and managers dont mind. I can tell when I order more fries the management here gets angry. Thats why I never come here anymore.

Me and a friend came in for lunch one day and while the food was good and the bottomless fries were awesome, what really made our visit was out waiter. He was so friendly and helpful. Im excited to go back.

Its a chain, so theres not much unique about this place. Bottomless fries are always a good thing. If youre from out of town Id suggest heading to The Summit nearby for some places that are more unique.
