Use to be a great place for food . Not so well when it comes to customer service, I never let it bother me . Today i went (with the munchies/intentions) to get some bomb ass food. I ordered a #3 (as usual) medium w/ onion rings & drink . Long story short I got home & ready to eat my food, prayed , then checked it ; only to notice the bacon was not there . Flabbergasted , I was & went to get it refunded . The manager took the food back and she even wanted the drink back until she discover it was gone.once she gave me my refund she replied "the bacon was under the cheese". Bullshit since when do the customer have to search for the bacon.

Waited forever to order when one customer was in front of me. I tried to make a small add on at the window, just a chilli dog, and was asked to drive back around. Note, I was the only customer in line at this time. When I drove back around to the speaker. They took another 10 mins to even answer. Drove up to the window and didnt acknowledge me for another 10 mins. love Sonics and this was very disappointing. Coming from a customer service manager. This is NOT acceptable

I could only order from drive thru so I ordered a sonic cheeseburger and a double with a large onion rings but when I drive up I checked my food to see if they gave me the correct order before pulling away I had whole order except my cheeseburger had only one bun lol Im like seriously! I took it back and was given another sandwich which was good but thank goodness I hadnt made it home without my hamburger bun. Thats all

3 out of 4 visits in 60 days - were horrible due to the wrong order or food being prepared incorrectly. The one time they got it right was because I spoke to the manager before ordering and asked if he could please ensure my order would be correct. I go back a week later and once again, my food is wrong. Ive taken 2 surveys and made 2 calls to corporate with no response. I love their food but hate getting the wrong food.

Pretty decent. Ive had a couple of bad experiences but thats like 2, maybe 3 in the span of 6 years or so. I love Sonic so I frequent this location quite a bit. Wait is a little long for "fast food" sometimes, but not unbearable. Food is always good

I hate this location. Awful service, things missing from orders, they actually had the nerve to ask if we wanted our change. Refused to take order in drive thru during open hours because person wanted to "get caught up on something "

The food was fresh and good but it took 30 minutes from the time I ordered to get to the drive-thru window with only two cars in front of me. It was very aggravating trying to order and for them to keep getting my three items wrong.

Dont go here at night when you want the 1/2 priced shakes. Why do I have to ask for a cherry, or a straw, or whip cream. Who on this space rock we call Earth, other than my miserable self, has to ask for whip cream on a milkshake?

This is an OK location. They can be slow at times and orders can get messed up thats with any fast food place.Just ask for a manager and they will try to make it right. Alot of teenagers but most of them try their best.

I give them 2 stars for the food bc the wait time is ridiculous. I sat in line for 2 corn dogs for 20 mins and only 1 car was ahead of me and to my surprise they only received 2 milk shakes. I was flabbergasted!

Its a great place for cold drinks during the summer. I love the strawberry limeade drink my favorite. My granddaughter got a strawberry shortcake shake it was delicious, I just had to try it....lol

This location is horrible. I ordered a chilli cheese from this location and while Im eating I bite down on a tie from a load of bread, wire and all. I will never eat from here again!!
