Edit: tried this place again and 20 minutes before they close they wont sell me a sandwich. This is by far the worse penn station Ive ever been to. 3 bad experiences here. Im done. I havent been here in a while and now I wont be back for a while either. They can make two 6 inch chicken teriyaki subs, one with mushrooms and one without, but somehow making a 12" with half mushroom and half without is impossible because its sautéed together. Good service used to be a thing. Im having dinner somewhere else.

Didnt even buy food today from this place even though I do quite frequently, just stopped by to ise the restroom cause the chineese place next door I was eating at didnt have a restroom. After I did I was told by a manager there currently that the restrooms are for paying customers only. Now I now this is a recent thing that food places are starting to do, but if you dont let me go to the bathroom at your facility because I didnt pay for your services first that makes you and your business greedy.
