The staff is really unprofessional. I waited to be helped while they were busy having a personal conversation. I was the only customer in line and halfway through my burrito being made, another staff member cut in line to make her own food. I had to wait for her to finish making her own meal to have the other staff member finish making mine. Also, another personal conversation was struck up during that time, which took up even more of my time. While these delays were minimal, they were still unprofessional and unnecessary due to the fact that restaurant was basically empty. Once I got home, I realized my burrito was not that great. The quality of the chicken is poor and the ingredients were not mixed. I had a cheese section, meat section, rice section, etc. You know what I mean, similar to Taco Bells five layer burrito, except that this burrito was about four times the price. I will not be returning to this Qdoba.

I never used to have bad experiences at this location but lately (last 1-2 months) this food has been mediocre at best. The food isnt very filling anymore and seems to be very watered down (especially the queso, the chicken always tasted burnt and over cooks and the tortilla chips are stick together and soggy. My boyfriend loves the food so we tried it again today, and not only was the food the worst its ever been but the service was probably the worst weve ever had from any "fast food" place weve EVER visited. I understand trying to hurry up because you are closing early for "maintenance" but come on. Very disappointed in this visit.

Here on a Saturday night and not impressed. Mainly from the lack on cleanliness. The staff put my kids taco on a rack full of filth. Also there were no fajita veggies ready so another staff member turned on a used skillet to cook in then proceeded to clean counter with gloved hands, then right back to making food with same gloves. Ugh! When the burrito was served the veggies were as fresh and hard as they were going into skillet. Sat down at a broken table- almost lost one of our meals from table top tipping over. Cant say Ill be returning.

The young ladies that were there today were truly professional and everything that i wish for when i visit this location because there has been another person there not so pleasant when i visit today I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door my order was took immediately and everything confirmed back to me I appreciated that I look forward to going back to this location as long as she is there I didnt get her name unfortunately but she was great!!

I only go to qdoba for their fajita veggies. No meat. Just veggies. Unfortunately this one is the closest location to my home. The fajita veggies are NEVER prepared. And if I call they ignore the phone. And I dont mind waiting for them. Im not an impatient person. But this is a fast food restaurant. Im in a rush? Ill get qdoba. Dont get me wrong. The food is good. Its their customer service thats the issue. I go to the one on warren if I can.

Disappointing. 1st time at this location. Everything was dirty.Food on tables and floor, bathroom mesdy, even garbage in dining was full. Qdobas are normally clean and nice. Dining area was very smokey from grill so exhaust system not working properly. They made my food then I stood there waiting while employee restocked food. Manager comped my drink without me asking as she could see my disgust. Ill pass on this location in future.

Dirty! Had to walk out bf I got sick. Rice, beans, salsa, chicken, meat mixed all over the prep area. Made 5 orders never changed gloves once, grabbed a big bowl with dirty gloves than returned it to the pile and picked up a smaller one to complete the order. Disgusting! No regard for cleanliness, peoples food allergies, vegans and certain religions that prohibit non-kosher/non-halal products and or beef in general.

The food is good but not sold on a $3.50 taco. The new addition is about the same size as taco bell although it does have premium ingredients like bacon and steak. The soft shell is a deterrent. It could be better with a hard shell. At the end of the day though its about price point. $3.50 each or 3 for $9 with no sides like chips and queso. Its difficult to feel satisfied after eating this.

Service is mixed. Most days they have great staff ensuring proper service and well build bowls and burritos. I personally wish the kitchen area was kept a little more tidy. Also employees have to take more care while changing and refilling the stations as water from one vessels drips into the other food vessels when they pick it up. As a customer that does not bode well for my appetite.

I like the food, theyre just cheap when it comes to giving you enough meat. I always have to pay for extra meat because they give you like a teaspoon full. I love the Qdoba on 6 mile and Newburgh. They pile on the meat and toppings and I never have to order extra meat! Although this one is about 8 mins further, its worth the trip!

I use to love qdoba but the last 2 times Ive came my burrito falls apart as soon as I open it and they got rid of my favorite thing the tortilla soup. The reason ive choose this over other places is because the menu was so big and unique and now all they have different is the queso which lets be honest who wants buffalo queso?

Walked in the place was empty so I went to order my food and at the staff member helping me was rude from start to finish. Havent gone there in a few months because of the rude staff decided to give it a try again still different staff still rude. Im done will not go back!

Great location but everytime I go the chicken Is burnt. The last time I even asked to see if it was burnt and the worker told me that she had just had some and it was fine. I ate it and the chicken was literally black. Would be a great location otherwise.

Something about watching employees wade through food debris while making my burrito turned me off. All the free food stuck to the outside of my burrito wrapper was not enough of a bonus to warrant two stars however.

Used to be good. Dont order the street tacos. The metal stand they serve them on has old nasty cheese permanently stuck to them. After multiple quiet discussions with the manager they still dont wash them properly.

The ambience of the place is overall great. The hospitality of the workers is amazing. The food is absolutely great. A little bit more expensive than say taco bell, but way more worth it!! Highly recommended

This was my first time eating at Qdoba and have to say the service was as good as the food. The burrito was even better then Chipotles burritos, and like the fact that they have even more options for you

What a joke. Waited in line for the union burrito maker to come back and make burritos. Not one of the 5 other employees would lift a finger to do it. And all the tables were dirty.

Not too bad, Ill always think Moes is better. Its a bit over priced for just a burrito and drink..almost $9 when I could get the same things plus chips and salsa at Moes
