The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life!!!!! Im not over exaggerating at all. Ive been in the military having some of the crappiest food you could possibly serve someone. the food they serve isnt that bad. But if you want anything special like no ketchup or you dont like pickles on your burger my children for instance do not like anything but cheese and meat on their burgers very simple right it actually takes more effort to get this order wrong then you get it right this happened A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES I ASKED FOR A PLAIN BURGER AND RECEIVED EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK ON MY CHILDS BURGER. Today I asked for onion rings not fries. Not only do they get it wrong today, they get it wrong 6 DIFFERENT TIMES, IN 6 SEPARATE ORDERS, ON DIFFERENT DATES SO 6 TIMES IVE BEEN TO THIS PLACE THEY DIDNT GET IT RIGHT. So I thought to my self come on, I even saw the kid press the button on the screen to make fries into onion rings. So I called the store after the sixth time this is happened which is today. THE PHONE RANG FOR THREE MINUTES AT A TIME THEN WENT TO A ANSWERING MACHINE THAT DOES NOT GIVE YOU A OPTION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. So youre telling me that for 3 minutes and I called 17 times, so 51 total minutes not one employee was capable of answering the phone there is at least 4 employees there at one time, and one of them is supposed to be a manager right? Well I dont know who because every single employee there looks like theyre under 18 how is a bunch of high school kids supposed to run a business with no superior leadership. This burger king apparently is a privately owned business. Well whoever owns it this is for you get your head out of your ass and go run your business well Im going to call the corporate as well because you cant seem to fix my problem it would have been most simple if you would just answer the phone when I called but no your employees are sitting around flirting, eating at your tables with their uniform on and playing on their phone. how do I know that because I after the 15th time I called drove up there parked in front of your store and watched you honestly need to be stripped of this company or you need to fire every single person that works there. Dont eat this place people drive down to the one on Telegraph theyll give you better customer service. P.S. So Ive called every other Burger King in the area and they answer the phone within four rings just to be clear and prove that Im not delusional

Literally had the crappiest experience. I went to leave, tasted a fry and had to feel the rest of the food bc the fries were stale and my daughters nuggets were ice cold. They were rude before i even left the first time but man it really irritated them when i was not about to accept my childs nuggets being old (obviously) he says um they shouldnt be cold? So i hand him the fries and he felt one then put it back in the fry thing and slammed the window. Are you kidding? Then comes back and says "pull up and ill bring it out) he brings the stuff out which now my burger is ice cold... Hands me the bag.. I (still being polite) say thank you have a good night and he ignores me and walks away. Im sorry you were so irritated but would you feed your child stale ass chicken nuggets and fries? No. You would not. So then i taste a fry and they didnt even season them. Not at all... I will never in my life return to that location. I wish i would have caught his name.

My family keeps giving this location chances. But it seems like the staff is a revolving door of people who hate their jobs. Everytime we go, there are always issues. Todays happens to be that everything, including the fries, were burnt. I was going to complete the official bk survey but after starting, I realized that we were not given the real receipts that have the survey code on it. We were given the bagging receipts, which is only useful for the employees. Without the code, you cannot complete the survey. This chance was the locations last. We will never choose it again to provide us any service.

Worst Burger King ever..... No straws, no napkins, wrong sauce, missing chicken fries, the onion rings are so old that they just turn to dust in your mouth. Asked for PLAIN whopper Jrs.....got everything on them. Yup.....they messed up EVERY SINGLE ITEM SOMEHOW. Check your bags people....and taste test the food before you drive away. Youve been warned.

The workers at this store are completely rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! The drive thru people dont even talk to you, say hi or anything! They dont even tell you the total when you pull up to the window and they dont say anything when they hand you the food. Horrible customer service.......one of the worst Ive experienced!

Good food. Only problem they have is they always mess something up on my orders. Sometimes I order onionrings and they give me fries. Other times I order fries and they give me onionrings.

Made mistake of coming here only because I live close by. Never coming here again. Rude and hateful staff. They messed up my order twice. No napkins, no straws. Nothing ever stacked.
