Yesterday only one person in front of me still waited over 10minutes it wasnt them but employees fault and you could tell it wasnt busy inside either. When I requested what would they do about the major wait where twice I was ready to pull out of line for their inconvenience. The young male manger instead of apologizing, owning up for horrible, horrible service....even at speaker kept being told please wait be with you in just a moment more like total of 20mins just to pay. And for inconvenience he did nothing but took my money and charged me for whole order and not once accommodated the situation or acknowledge they need to do something about this...there was no sorry for inconvenience or well charge you for half the order after waiting behind only one person for well over 20min it was ridiculous and unacceptable of the management there yesterday late afternoon and the fact there was no long line =incompetent people working there. If the manager was empathetic and apologized while offering to charge for half orde that be $4.50 not $8.30 I might be willing to forgive and forget this matter but no and was rude. So yes I will never return and I hope this Burger King for actions towards customers due to their rude-unempathetic incompetent behavior both employees and management, well I hope it gets shut down theres no need for a none-fast respectful Burger King around corner to my house to stay in business after horrible experience even lady in front of me was upset both of us had places to go and this was not okay.

After eating here stomach started hurting really, really bad rest is tmi and found it to be food poisoning my stomach never acted this bad at any Burger King till this one and service with a smile is a joke.....took to long and now minor food poisoning. If you value your stomanch, sanity and feeling okay after fast food stay away from this one if I could give the food and service a 0-Zero I sure as heck would and Ive contacted the BBC after this incident either fix things as of immediate or close no one wants food poisoning nor rude service for that matter followed by excuses! Never Coming Back Here.

Horrible wait time. Waited two songs to go off in my car in the drive thru waiting for assistance. Was told several times she would take my order so I was patient. I then decided at 12:02 to go into the restarant, big mistake there. Long story they were all slow inside and out, my order was wrong after 15 minutes and I will not be back. Itnfrustrates me when fast food workers as for increases but cant decrease the lag time customers wait. So my visit sucked, I got out at 12:38 and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I order 4 of the 10 piece chicken nuggets. I sat in the drive through line for approximately 10 minutes, and was the only car in line. The staff were more concerned about carrying on their conversation than completing the order. They did however ask what kind of sauce I would like, but failed to provide any sauce with my order. Ill drive the extra miles to go to a different Burger King.

Ordered 4 Whopper meals. Only one sandwich was special ordered. The cashier was easily confused by the order. Coke machine was out of most flavors. Easily took 15 minutes to receive our order. Fries tasted terrible. I understand now why they have a "Now Hiring" sign. This BK needs help. Others who ordered after me demanded and received refunds. Definitely will not return.

Order was correct, it was the cleanliness that was a problem. Ordered in the drive thru and when I pulled up the woman handing me my food had a large hole in the seem on the side of her pants. Large enough I say skin and her underwear. She also had food stains all over her clothes. Will not be eating there again.

Wait time was absurd. I go there every other day with my father for a early breakfest before work starts. And every time the wait for 5 breakfest burritos is at lest 13-15 min. While other people are driving past with the food they got, we are pulled forward waiting. Wouldnt recommend going. Ever.

I went there yesterday 5/13/17 and they said that they did not have any meat only fries and drinks I guess they need to do a commercial just like the old Wendys commercial wheres the beef. How do you not have any meat but I am not surprised this one has poor management.

Food is typically fine. Problems with the restaurant include lack of sanitation (found a disgusting black hair on my sandwich), a passive-aggressive manager (Carol) and they forgot to prepare my food... Quite horrified by the hair in my burger.

I waited in line 5 minutes while one worker was standing in the lobby talking to friends and another was mopping the floor. My husband had to ask for service. I decided I was not spending my money here.

Nuggets were over way cooked... dont understand why they cant give price before pulling ahead. Food was stuffed in the bag so bad that I couldnt see the food we were missing until getting all the home.

Clean, inexpensive, usually not crowded. One pet peeve is that the self serve soda station is often out of a few flavors, but the staff will get your choice from their station in the back if you ask.
