Ive definitely been to better Burger Kings and fast food places in general. Granted, this is a new building with most likely new and inexperienced workers still being trained, I have to say its very sub-par, at least from what Ive seen of this place. Very slow, and low quality. I have been to this Burger King twice now, the first time I walked into the building ordered our food, and I did expect it to be a little slow since its a new building and it was quite busy that day too. However, we had to wait a good 5 minutes before the food was out, and around another 10 minutes for the drinks. Thankfully, the manager did throw in a couple pies as an apology. The second time Ive been there, I went through the drive-thru. We ordered a BK Veggie Burger with no onions, and a shake. After saying this, the person repeated the order to make sure. We drove to the window, and one of the workers asked if it was a veggie burger. She said yes, and again, we had to wait. Finally, they came back with the bag and there was a veggie whopper instead - with onions. We had to wait even longer for the drink to come out, and when it did, the shake was all spilled outside the cup, and they didnt give a straw either. It seemed like a very high-stress and rushed kitchen both times I had been there, so maybe it was just bad luck, but it seems to me that the employees are being thrown into there without proper experience or training. Hopefully after a few months this changes, but for now Im going somewhere else.

Its Burger King. I dont go here expecting gourmet. Id like quick and convenient and perhaps even kind. I was here about a week ago in the drive thru. The place was empty. No one else in the drive thru or inside. I placed my order at the menu and then drove around but forgot to add on an additional sandwich. When I got to the window, I asked to add on the sandwich. The cashier said, "Sorry, no add-ons" and pointed to a sign on the window." I said, "Would you like me to drive around again?" He said, "Yes." I left and will not be back. While I thoroughly respect their sentiment and idea, one must be careful to always hold logic above "rules". If I would have asked for an add-on and someone was behind me or even pulling into line, I would have understood their reasoning but I was the only person there. How absurd to ask me to actually drive around and order through their silly microphone again? Dont be idiots!

Was not happy being charged extra for heavy everything on my Whopper, especially when the person I was with got a Whopper, as it comes, & there was very little difference! They dont reduce the price when people want items omitted from their sandwich, it all works out in the end. I wont use that location again. Its sad, because I just started going back to BK after many years away, because of service.

I have only been to this Burger King twice through the Drive Through. Both times Ive asked for a certain sandwich with no onion. Both times i have gotten home and found out their was onion on my sandwich. Its a typical fast food place but its not that hard to check an order
