I went through the drive-thru and after waiting for more than 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of my vehicle, I got up to the window and was greeted with two drinks which were only half full and one of them was completely flat, I drove back home, after realizing that I did not receive my complete order, I drove back up to the restaurant, went inside to get my missing items, took a look around and saw the disgusting state the employees were preparing my food, your food and everyone elses in. The eating area was filthy, tables were dirty, the floor was littered with garbage, and the soda machine was not clean either, I took a look at the nozzles that the drinks come from and they were coated with what looked like mold. The "back" area where the employees work didnt look much better either. The food prep tables were cross contaminated, if youre allergic to tomatoes or anything else do not eat here, they do not care about food safety. The store manager did not seem to be concerned about this at all, BY FAR THE WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TO, and thats compared to the time that I received an earth worm in a taco years ago, would have rather had that than the anaphylactic shock that you could get from the deplorable state that this store was in.

I waited approximately one hour in the drive threw at 11:30p.m. on Saturday night. After receiving my food, i pulled into a parking spot to check if the order was correct. of course it was not correct. So i walked inside, the doors were prompt open, and informed them that my order was off. after waiting another 25 minutes patiently for my food, i asked for a refund because at that time i still did not receive my food. Multiple people ignored my request, until the so called manager approached me with what she said was my food. I proceeded to stress the fact that i did not want the food anymore, just my money back, but i did not receive a receipt, and i was going to be on my way. Then she became hostile, calling me a liar and continued to become very aggressive. i took the food off the counter and left the other bag with the wrong food their. As i was trying to leave, in fear of my safety, she began yelling and throwing the wrong food at my back as i approached the door, getting sauce and who knows what else on my clothing. i find this incident extremely out of line and i dont know how anybody can allow something like this to happen in their store. For that matter, even have somebody like this "woman" manage their store.

They ALWAYS mess up your order, either something is missing or something that we requested isnt correct (how hard is it to read a ticket and see that we dont want onions?). The basics sit there pre-made and the burritos get chewy and nasty and cold and just plain gross. I hoped maybe the nice remodel would inspire them to do better. Keep giving this location chance after chance and they just cannot get it right - EVER. I have never left a review of a restaurant on the web ever, but tonights attempt at Taco Bell (which sounded really good) has left me with my stomach turning and of course a trip back up there cause they dont read in that place.

Worst taco bell ever! Just left there and ordered the taco salad and two fiery tacos. Everything, I mean, everything was horrible. The wait time in the drive-thru, they handed me my taco salad and said they didnt have bags and apparently they didnt have utensils either because I didnt get any of those either, maybe I was suppose to eat it with my fingers. the fiery tacos and taco salad were all cold. What a waste of $8.45!

they do mess up sometimes but the food is often more amazing then the service if you want fast food they need to get it right and sometimes theres a joker guy on the speaker so watch for people that dont say your order or do your order wrong at this toco bell i like the service but they need to work on getting orders right and not getting carried away by joking someone who is hingry

Worst wait time on the weekend! Waited 23 min in drive thru, your better off going to the avenue or even a rams horn, place is garbage, I am actually sitting in the drive thru right now typing this up. People honking horns in drive thru, drive thru arguing with cashier, place is a mess. Drive thru sounded like she just got done slamming a fifth.

Slow & incompetent. I worked here as a teen-ager & the GM at the time, Gary T would have never stood for this from his employees. If I worked as slow as they do now I would have been fired! I shouldnt have to wait over 10 minutes after checking in(to pick up inside) for my YUGE 3 item mobile order with no other customers inside! Seriously!?!?

The staff here were friendly and helpful, and the dining area was very clean. They made a mistake in my order, but the manager promptly fixed it, and even gave me free Cinnamon Twists for the inconvenience. Also, my food looked good and tasted good as well. Ill certainly be coming again.

I used to work here and the new apparent "manager" Deja was out of uniform and continued to eavesdrop on my conversation and decided to butt in and be rude to make comments. She needs to be fired, she causes problems for EVERYONE and we waited 12 minutes for a thing of chips and cheese.

This has got to be one of the worst taco bells in this area dosent matter drive through going inside ordering to go or eating in they will get your order wrong than treat you like it a your fault managers are disrespectful just always a bad experience go somewhere else

This Taco Bell is one of the slowest around in the evening. After waiting in the not-so-busy drive thru for 15 minutes, I got to the window only to hear that they were cutting staff. How can you cut staff when you cant even keep up with the current workload?

10:30 on a Saturday and Ive been sitting in this drive thru for 34min without moving an inch... 3 cars behind me so I cant back out.. so much for a quick bite to eat from a "fast food" resturant

Love this Taco Bell! Staff is always in a great mood, and service is fast, too! You might want to avoid grabbing food between 1-3am, -- those seem to be their busiest rushes in the drive-thru.

I always visit this taco bell. The workers at this location know what theyre doing. Even when it is very busy they still seem to get orders done properly although they are usually slow at it.

They usually have good service but the last couple weeks the drive thru has been really slow and youre looking at over 20 minute wait at 6 oclock for some tacos. Way understaffed.
