The food is about whatd youd expect from a white castle, but the service is far below anyones expectations. If you go through the drive thru, expect the slowest service at any fast food place, and then make that slower. Ive waited in the drive thru for 15 min once. All I ordered was two cheese burgers, and a drink. There was two cars in front of me, and by the time I got to the window my food still want done. If you go inside its a different story. They are quick, but not very courteous. The restaurant is always dirty, and they will not give you any napkins with out asking. Overall the food is fine and theyve never gotten my order wrong. But the service is the worst Ive gotten from any fast food outside of Detroit.

Ordered 12 burgers, 2 with ketchup and mustard and no pickle. I wanted 10 with only pickle and onion. Despite my order being correct on my receipt(meaning the caahier in drive-thru was completely competent and could accurately relay information to her team members), I got all 12 no pickle with ketchup and mustard. Asked them to remake it and after the manager finished being unprofessional claiming "well I didnt take the order" about the situation she remade them herself except still NO PICKLES. I promptly requested my money back. I love White Caatle but wont ever visit here again. The manager was very difficult and did not know how to handle the situation professionally.

I love White Castle! Ive been coming to this location since I was a kid, so it not only has good food, but its a memory of my childhood. I love their crave cases the best! The only negative thing I can say about this place is that it tends to have long lines, probably due to the fact that its the closest one within this vicinity and theres not many White Castles around, unlike the hundreds of McDonalds you see. I have encountered a couple rude workers here, but other than that, Ive never had an issue with the food.

I havent been to white castles in a very long time, so I went, after I ordered went to the first window, the guy said "thank you" in such a jovial manner, he took a very long time to give me my change back & when he did, suddenly he wasnt very nice, I personally think he wanted a tip... when I did get my food it tasted very bad & Im being nice...its changed a lot & I will not be returning... Thank you

It was a really great experience we got some good gentle service and then some sandwiches that left our stomachs satisfied and feeling full it may not be the cleanest bathroom but they are rather busy so I am thankful for what I got! :)

Worst White Castle ever never got no. Spicy chicken and always got dark meat I wait 25 mins ever time for hot chicken and thats even if that got what u want the manager rude and rude to the employees they need a change in here

I generally like white castle after a night out. This place gives you attitude food is never cooked all the way and dont try to add things to your sliders cause all hell will break lose and they usually forget things

Speed was okay seemed to have trouble with a guest in front. Food was not what Im used to from White Castle just didnt seem as good. The staff unfortunately werent very friendly and forgot to give me my change.

wanted white castle had a crave and when I drove all the way to wayne from canton it was very sad I had to what 25 min in the drive through before we got our food will never go back there again.very bad service
