What the ^^^^always out of Mild taco sauce!!!again!!!Dont brother going to this Taco Bell out of everything!!!! Loaded taco isnt loaded less meat then single taco and side of rice LOL and side of sour cream 1 teaspoon! Go to one on Merriman near 96 little better!Never any mild sauce twice in one week!! If your sensitive to hot sauce this is not the place to go and out of other items too! Dont get it!! 5 Mile and middle belt always has everything because its a company store and this one is individual owner I believe!!!! Ps. Doesnt theses reviews help owner to improve store???? Or get attention from Taco Bell company????? And you should get larger cheese with nachos black bottom and clear lid!!!! Are they trying to same money or employees lazy to reach for larger container?????????????????????????????? Also hair in cheese!!!!! No hair nets I notice!! Oh you cares about a napkin! Its about getting what you pay for and should be like pictures on sign tooo!

I go here with my mother periodically to order bean burritos with just the sauce and beans and also having the bread they use grilled. This has to be some of the best burritos I have ever had whether at a fast food restaurant, a contemporary restaurant, or at home. The building is a stand-alone structure located inside a shopping center. The decor is reminiscent of similar restaurants built around this time, but has a unique South American charm to it. For this trip, we used the drive-thru option at this location. We were waited on by a very helpful lady with a positive attitude. It isnt very often that I give an Excellent rating for service, but she demonstrated superior skill in getting our order processed, which we found to be efficient. We will both be back here soon.

It is no coincidence that this is one of, if not The actual worst rated Taco Bells in the state. Absolutely horrible service and food and cleanliness. Tables and floor are always dirty, staff is not friendly and does not give a rats arse, I think this is a management/training issue. The food is never HOT, come here if you want to eat luke warm paste on stale tortillas. After the extremely rude service I received the last time I was there I will NEVER be going back. Save your money, your time and your appetite and go to any of the other Taco Bells in the area if you are craving some. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Corporate should shut this place down- it is giving Taco Bell a bad image.

The store was severely understaffed; so much so that they couldnt even run the drive thru window, and made everyone come inside. The staff that was there was friendly, but the food quality and the cleaniness (or lack there of) of the dining area reflected the lack of help in the store. There was trash on the floor and overflowing the trash cans, lids and straws were not stocked and there was a good on the floor,Zoo seats and tables. The couple of times I went to the store (prior to today) it was closed with no explanation. Please help!! This is a very convenient location for my family.

This is my second visit to this location since they opened. First, I found a foot long hair in my taco, and they proceeded to add sour cream to my crunchwrap supreme so now it tastes like something I threw up once. If I was anyone else, Id probably would be tossing cookies again and demanding fresh food, yet alone rating this place. Im just gonna dump out the remaining crud by their front door and get a hot dog at Speedway instead if I can stomach it. I havent yet had a chance to use the interior to give a proper rating yet.

go in the drive thru today and 1 car in front of me just sitting at the speaker waiting and waiting for someone to take order! 7 minutes passed so i decide to go inside. go inside and the place was nearly empty...no one in line and 4 ghetto workers see me come in and scatter! i axed if it was closed and they said no! then they take the guys order in drive thru and im standing at the counter with no one to take order. walked out after another 5 minutes!!!! NEVER AGAIN will i eat there!!! ghetto bstrds!!!!

I went there late at night and they refuse to do more than one order for a car citing policy. When I asked why that is they said theyre on a timer. It still took about 25 minutes for me to get my food and they didnt give me a receipt because theyre afraid of me calling their corporate people. I find it hard to believe they even care about the timer if it took them 25 minutes to make my food. The manager and the person taking my order were both extremely rude.

The food is good, but this place is slow as hell. I asked for two fritos burritos, a bean burrito, and a medium lemonade the other day and I got my order, AND a burrito supreme and large lemonade. Im not a fan of sour cream so someone mustve been missing a supreme. Also, my orders been messed up three out of the five times Ive been here. At least spent a total of around 2 hours in the drive thru out of those five times. Good food, not fast food.

Worst service on the planet. I go there because its close to home. If you order through the drive through you are guaranteed to be shorted something. Always check your order. If you go inside you have a better chance of getting what you ordered and the opportunity to check your order more throughly. If you order notchos along with other food you will get the cheese but no chips every time. Its almost comical.

I got stuck in line and couldnt drive away. Waited over 25 mins in the drive thru. Never the less i still paid for my food. Drove a mile home and the food was somebody elses order and ice cold. This is the third or fourth time for this at this location. Please Taco Bell, if you make people wait, could you atleast get the order right and send it out the window hot!!

So, I got like a pretty easy order, and I got two crunch wrap supremes and they were both burnt. I called them and this girl named Nancy gave me really bad attitude when I was nice and she said," If you want to come get new ones, fine" . Then I just said," oh okay" and she just hung up in my face. This was the worst experience and Im definently never going back.

Went there for a quick bite. Ordered a nacho. Waited 15 mins for my order, even though there were just 2 customers ahead of me. Could not stand the time it took to simply sprinkle some cheese in tortilla chips for order. Cancelled the order and got the refund (bumped review to 2 stars for a no fuss cancellation). Went to a busier place and got served faster.

The Taco Bell on 8 mile and Farmington Rd is the slowest one Ive ever visited. The food was the same as any other Taco Bell, but the employees were all goofing off with coworkers whod just clocked out. Only one older woman employee was actually making food. Three people left without ordering because no one was there to take their order.
