I love Panda Express, but this store is filthy. Its brand new and the employees couldnt care less about it. I had dinner here a few days ago and one of the employees sat at the table behind me. When he finished, he left all of his trash and nobody bothered to clean it (or any of the lobby, for that matter) during my entire visit. Another employee took the trash out the front door. Customers held it open for her. Im just appalled - this kind of thing wouldve never happened at stores that Ive worked at in the past. Makes you wonder what might not be going right elsewhere in the store...

Ive never been shocked in a restaurant before . But it just happend the girl over the counter took my order and said its $1.50 extra 4 the shrimp I had no problem with that . Then she puts 8pcs on my plate 2 seconds later she took 2 pcs of shrimp back off my plate and put in the serving bin . Ive never ever seen such. Rude thing like that . She couldve charged me as much as she wanted the money is not the problem . Poor management . Lets see what the reply to my review then Ill maybe change the star rating

Get it together Panda. Been up all right throwing up and almost $hit my self.chow-mein at the bottom of the toilet guys. Start rotating that food you got sitting on that line. First experience their was great but little less talking and more awareness of your hold times on food will keep us coming back for $10 plate food. Lady ahead of us had four plates and our food was sitting on the line for awhile should have made you remake my plate.

We dont eat fast food often but panda is one of our favorites , but this location seems to be struggling , I tossed half my food out , inedible !! Watched a stream of people complaining at the counter. More then 5 complaints in the time we were there ... I decided it wasnt worth it to be late to my nephews game. But I wont be back, I would just avoid for now until they get their act together , if ever !

Every time I go here its a bad experience one day there was a man who ordered about 5 plates and I was pretty patient but after he was done they said they were out of orange chocked and honey walnut shrimp so we waited 15 min after the minutes were up we asked them and they said 20minutes so we left Then there was today the doors were locked at 5:00 whats up with that it really pisses me off

The staff were friendly and delightful and the food was even better I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 the person who waited on me was Karina she greeted me with a smile and was very helpful she was able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly she will be one of the Manny reasons why I come back

Me and my husband ate here last night for the first time and the food was delicious and hot the orange chicken was not to spicy and the Broccoli and beef was seasoned and the meat was tender. This is now my favorite Chinese place to go we know what we really are eating

Relatively fast and fresh. I do enjoy the drive thru option and later hours (drive thru open 1/2 hour after closing with limited menu as it approaches the 30 minute mark). Staff is friendly and a large drink is a nice 44 ounces here.
