Terrible place. I had no problem with them before but this was just the end of me going here anymore. I ordered the A1 burger with no onions and 3 grilled hotdogs with no relish... Lets just say, the patties were dried out and one of the three hotdogs had ONE onion on it(no Im not exaggerating) and another had 3 onions... And all three hotdogs were dried and just kept under a heat lamp for god knows how long... So I call up and complain (Im not one to call and complain), so I talk to the manager and he says he out my name in the log.. So I go up there a week later and the manager says "your name is not in the log". "Your order isnt even listed in here. If you have your receipt I can do something but it not, theres nothing I can do". Yeah I will never go here. I will also NEVER go to the taco bell right next to it. These places dont deserve $14/$15 an hour. They cant even get orders right. I completely stopped fast food thanks to these fast food chains.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was OVERCHARGED for my food! The "manager" Alicia was TERRIBLE, VERY condescending attitude and MADE NO EFFORT to resolve the issue or give good customer service. She gave me a very dry, "Im sorry about that"..... GOT MY MONEY BACK, EXPRESSED MY EXTREME DISSATISFACTION and called corporate (Carrols- its a franchise) and left a voicemail with the district manager and I WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS!! ***FYI.....Went to another Burger King (franchise) near my job, and placed THE SAME ORDER WITH NO PROBLEM OR EXTRA CHARGES......AND THE FOOD WAS CHEAPER...SMH*** PLEASE TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!!!

After sharing my horrendous experience at this Burger King with a few friends at a local childrens soccer game, I discovered that nearly all of them have had similar experiences. Every person there vowed never to go back to this restaurant. I will be sharing these stories with the corporate office in the hopes that this location is either de-franchised or shut down entirely. It is the laughing stock of the neighborhood.

The food was lukewarm to cold. My whopper jr. patty was tasteless and bun was cold like it was just removed from the package. The whopper hotdog was not bad. The flame grill taste does make a difference and the dog itself seems to be a high quality product. The fries are always good. Staff were very friendly even though the food missed the mark.

This place is nasty they dont clean there kitchen. There was only one person that keep everything clean and running smoothly but now service is bad and kitchen is nasty. Dont go to this one in Dearborn across the street from McDonald. Hell do go to the McDonald either they will mess up you order and give you bad food.

Really. Order two simple Whopper Jrs plain. Lettuce onion only. Get thru drive thru they put everything on them! Go back in line again. No apologies or offer anything else n then give me two more without the lettuce onion lol. I was done at that point. This isnt the first time.

Took about 10 minutes to wait for smoothies in the drive-thru lane. They were serving the people behind us first. The guy guy before us only had a drink and that took forever too. Go to the McDonalds next door instead of this burger king. Wish we would have.

I went in and got got a whopper combo and a large Fry and the service was wonderful it made me smile guy by the name of Isaih made sure I had no salt Fry so I had to Say thank u Ill be back to this locations which such generous people

the best burger king in Dearborn besides the one on merriman!!!! great customer service friendly workers clean restaurant and hot food and fries. What else could you ask for when the prices are reasonable

This place needs a lot of renovation, it looks too out dated. As I was there eating, one of the employees went in to clean the bathroom and it made the whole place smell bad (#2).

Good is horrible!!!! EVERYTIME I go to this location! Tonight I ordered a whopper meal and my lettuce is in big chunks, chunks the size of a 50cent piece.
