Worst Carryout Experiences ever. Our first experience, they gave away our order to someone else. So then we waited for our order again, no sorry, or discount. Just wait while we re-do yours. 2nd experience. I paid at front counter and asked the child help (girl about 15) if they added sour cream. She said no, and charged me for it as I wanted it. I stood in the lobby for twenty minutes while she stood over by another child who was pretending to look busy. Never once did anyone ask if I was waiting, nor did the original girl check on my order. After 22 minutes passed I saw a waiter ask her what she was waiting on, and she said sour cream, but never asked anyone for it. He ran to get it immediately and came back to put it in a bag that was behind the counter for now 30 minutes - my order ! With sour cream. She said nothing when I asked her if that was my order. Now cold as hell. Are you kidding me. Get better help, actually you dont need the children in the lobby...they are no help at all. GO TO TACO BELL !!! Better food ...better service for sure..

My husband and I threw ourselves a 20th anniversary party that we had this restaurant cater - it is our favorite place. About 1 hour before the guests arrived I looked at our contract with them an realized I had put down the wrong date!!! But Sebastian and his amazing staff of cooks and servers went into overdrive and, being totally awesome, put together our complete dinner and had it delivered within an hour. The servers that worked our party were awesome and totally charmed our guests. I did have a quick cry when I found out, though not at all about the food, just the terrible position we had put the restaurant in. We would have totally understood if they couldnt have done it. None of the guests would have had a clue there was a mishap had we not said anything - the food was amazing and plentiful and the everyone wanted to know where it was from and are sure to go there in the future. Thank you so much La Herradura! How lucky we are to have such a caring, awesome and incredibly delicious caterer. Thank you for going WAY above and beyond.

This restaurant confuses me. The margaritas were fantastic and the salsa was so perfect we ordered seconds. However, service was sooooooo slow. It took forever to get food or refills on water. Uncool. Plus I swore we waited an extra twenty minutes to get dessert after the ten minutes it took to get a menu. Geez. The place was empty besides one other table. I dont get it. As for the food, it was just kind of there. Im so used to the flavorful, albeit greasy, food from the place down the street by black rock. This was not that at all. The beans were good, the vegetables in the fajitas tasted fresh, but it was almost as if they didnt season them at all. And the verde sauce was lacking the complexity I wanted from authentic places. Other than that, the wait staff was very nice, just slow. I might go back again, but only if the other one is too busy.

This food was terrible. We ordered the enchiladas supreme and a combo of taco, tamale, and burrito. The cheese in the enchilada was not even melted and when my wife ordered no enchilada sauce on top they smeered all of the toppings around to cover the food. The chicken was dry and the beans and rice were straight out of a can. The tamale was enormous with almost all mesa and the chicken in the burrito was dry and had a bone in it, not a small one either. The taco was like a taco bell hard shell with almost nothing in it. We didnt finish any of the food because it was so terrible. If you want good food, go to someplace serving it, taco bell is better and cheaper.

Server didnt greet us upon entering the restaurant, rather, he literally pointed us to our table and came back and threw chips and salsa on the table all without saying a single word. I chalked it up to him probably not being able to speak english...until he came and took our order! Wtf? Ever heard of manners? Im not asking for rose petals at my feet but a simple hello would do. The chips n salsa were marginal, chips a lil too greasy and salsa too much cilantro that was not chopped up correctly. The portion was enormous though and was also tasty, which results in the 3 star rating. It was also fairly clean inside.

This is one of our favorite places. It is close to home, the food is good, we can get extra chips if we ask. I LOVE the fresh cilantro and onions in the salsa. Sometimes we get an extra salsa too :). They have several dishes with fresh taste and several authentic dishes too. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes the service is a little slow or food a little inconsistant. I only notice because we come so often. I recommend it :)

Some of the best Mexican food Ive ever had. Authentic and delicious. Friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. You get chips and salsa to start automatically, as do many other places, but its still a nice touch. Usually order a burrito, but that said, everything that I have tried there is amazing! I seen there was a negative review but I have yet to have a bad dish so Im not sure what the issue with them was.

Excellent selection on the menu with something to suit everyones dietary needs and taste. I ordered the Chimichanga, which was delicious. The portion was large and served hot. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. The service was quick and courteous. The servers were attentive in filling up out water and other beverages as we emptied them.

Waited 45 min fordrink order after other tabels were served even though we were there first. Then we sat another 35 min waiting for food. Fi.ally at the start of the 2nd hour left ten bucks for berrs and left. These guys need to hire sone management. Cant rate the food never tasted it and never will. Too bad nice clean place.

Sebastian and his crew are the best! Try any steak dish and youll be pleased. Excellent salsa. Prices are reasonable. Ive had better Mexican food, but in Hartland, this is the best. 6/26/17 Update: Ownership recently changed, menu and prices too. OK so far.

This restaurant is delicious! The bus boy (I think his name is Michael) was so efficient in refilling chips and drinks for our party of 20. The waiter was very patient with the little kids and got all the orders correct. I will definitely come here again!!!

funny but not sure because Im Hispanic the service was that bad, a table with Anglo customers got everything first, drinks, food and much better service from the staff. Maybe this business is more interested in Anglo business than any minority.

Great atmosphere. Band was playing on Saturday evening. My friend ordered enchiladas and I ordered chile rellenos. He liked the enchiladas a lot. Other than a little oily, the chile rellenos were quite tasty. Just order them with tortillas.

Ingredients were fresh, good service. I had the Arizona burrito - very filling. Wife had a chimichonga which was very filling. Salsa, chips & drinks were excellent. Chatted with the owners...fine people. Will stop back by again.
