Pretty quick service, took a lang time to get food after ordered. I had a rib eye and shrimp. Shrimp was great, hot and tasty. Steak was terrible. Cooked perfectly, just the way I ordered but, I could hardly cut it. The knife was plenty sharp, but the steak had so much connective tissue it was really hard to chew. It wasnt that chefs fault, it was just a very low grade of meat. Must have been USDA select. Can get better meat at the grocery store. Steak was just barely warm. When I complained to our server she said " sometimes people say the steaks are chewy and sometimes they dont. No relief from the bill. If you have to come here, get one of there over priced burgers.

Me and my family went here 2nights ago and Im still mad at the experience. So we made a reservation so we would have to wait. An hour goes by and I asked were are food was...well they sent it to the wrong table a half an hour ago. All while my 2 year old is screaming in my ear. They tell me the manager is going to personal make my food. (Because he can cook....) any ways with 2 kids under 5 we couldnt wait much longer so we left went to olive garden in and out in 45min. This was the 2nd chance for tgif fist time my husbands food was terrible. Never again

The food was cold and they ran out of potato skins right at the end of the weekend. The service was mediocre from our server who did not understand why we wanted to replace our civil war because of the spotty and dirty look on the knife in the fork. Unfortunately there is not a TGI Fridays where I live but I will drive a little over an hour to Grand Rapids to go to that one where I know I can get quality service and food. I thought it was saving time by only driving 35 minutes but clearly it wasnt worth it.

Just visited the bar and had a great time with the young girl bartender. She was so nice to everyone. There were locals in the bar so you know she had to be good. The food i got was to go, good favor but to be honest after setting in the plastic box hot it became like steamed food. lol Totally my fault since right when the food came. Decided to have 1 more beer and a fireball shot. :)

Very disappointed. Ordered the salmon and lobster. The salmon was good. However there was only 4 very tiny salad shrimp size pieces of lobster. Not worth it. Together making a very small bite. Not what i was hoping for. To much butter on food. Wont be going back any time soon. Waiter needed to pull up his pants. I dont want to see underware while eating. Very sad.

We had a petty server who wouldnt come to our table at first because there was a glass of water on out table and she thought one of the other servers stole her table. We asked the hostess to get us a glass of water right away because our son had a headache and needed to take some Motrin. The food was mediocre.

Ordered a steak cooked medium- came out still mooing and cold in the middle. Had a coupon for a free dessert that the waitress said was expired even though it had a date of expiration on it that is two weeks from now. Was not offered any consideration for either issue. Bad visit- not happy.

They have changed the menu again. It seems that every time there is something I like at a restaurant they remove it from the menu. I settled for the bourbon barrel chicken tonight. The chicken was way overdone and tough. I really see no reason for me to return to Fridays. Too bad.

Love this place. They always remember us and our family when we go in. We order to go all the time and they are always spot on with time and food quality. Highly recommend this place for great food and great times family or no family great either way

Nice restaurant with a pretty big menu to please just about anyone. Staff is friendly, and our waitress was making a noticeable effort to provide excellent service. Get the Bourbon barrel chicken, its just the right proportion and tastes great!

Dirty... Bugs in Kitchen. Its not what it used to be, nobody cares about cleanliness let alone customers. Bring your patience and plenty of time. Long waits while tables are empty is confusing. Once finally seated, waits are even longer.

Horrible restaurant nothing good waiters sucked 1 hour wait Im a 13 year old the gave me a little kid cup like I am a baby our table was right by the bathroom it took 30 minuets to get our food worst restaurant ever dont come here!!!!!

All u can eat apps....got b.less wings, meatballs,pot stickers,cheese sticks, l. potatoe skins....all were fresh n hot..n really good...staff was great..from the girl that open the door to r waiters...all were GREAT!!!!

There unlimited apps are good if you want to eat lots of food and there are not tons of people cause the whole table need to get it. The beer selection is pretty good and local and the staff is always very nice.

It took over an hour from the time we ordered until we got our food, on a not busy TUESDAY night! First beer order took 15 minutes, second took 20. Dont eat here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Fantastic food and service. My server was Savannah and she was fantastic. The best server Ive had in a while. I truly enjoyed my dinner with my sister. I would recommend it to anyone.

Healthy options would be nice on the menu. Almost everything is close to, if not more than, 1,000 calories. Food was really overpriced. Portions were surprisingly small.
