I love TGI Fridays, and my husband has never been so for date night we decided to go. By the time we left I was in tears and simply wanted to just go home. The waiter was pushy and didnt know a thing about the food they served and when asked to find out he simply brushed it off with a "Im sure its fine, I mean why would they serve it if it wasnt". Seriously why he couldnt get it through his head that we get that its safe for the general public but I am not part of that group, I have multiple allergies ranging from mild to will kill me and I need to know what is in the food. By the time we got the food we ordered. I took one look at it and I saw at least 3 things I was allergic to. Plus we didnt even get all we ordered. And the waiter was just standing off in a corner texting, so we caught the attention of another waitress and explained everything I broke down in tears honestly didnt mean to. But she went and fix it for us, then a few later the manager came over and asked us to please tell him everything he really wanted to know. So my husband did and I answered anything he asked. He noticed I hadnt eaten my dinner at all, and I explained to him why, they were just to spicy for me and made my tongue and throat hurt. He apologized and left, then came back and had fixed the ticket to reflect only what my husband had eaten. Then showed us the little touch screen monitor thats on every table and with a few simple clicks how to look up the ingredients and prep of everything on the menu. And that all staff is to inform you of the monitors when you are greeted by your waiter/waitress. Our waiter failed to do that. When we got home my husband went to Kroger and got me food and cooked just for me since I wasnt able to eat that night. However I will say this, we will go back and give it another try, now we know how to see ingredients and how wonderful the manager and the waitress were, we have to give them the benefit of the doubt. My husband absolutely LOVED his food.

Ive never been so disappointed if I could leave negative stars I would. Ive been a server so I understand if its busy things happen this was not the case. There were 4 other tables in the entire restaurant. As soon as we walked in instead of being a greeted our seever amd the hostess ignkred us and kept talking about getting their tips on a gift card. After 5 minutes we were finally acknowledged and sat. It took our server a few minutes to come greet us but once she did we ordered drinks and placed my 1.5 year old food order thank god. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks when we got them she informed my sons food was ready and was in the window and she would be right back with it another 5 to 0 minutes went by and we got his food. It was old and had been in the window awhile but whatever he was starving so he ate it. We placed our food and appetizer order. It took awhile to get our appetizer when we got them they were fine. We finished those and about 30 minutes later my hisband got his food. The chicken sandwich it was awful. It was obviously old the bun was flat and it was cold. I waited for mine about 10 minutes later I got my sizzling chicken and cheese. We asked for boxes our son was ready to go. My chicken was 3 small tiny pieces not the normal two breasts you get these were more like leftover cuts from something else. We boxed out food and left. Needless to say we wont be back awful service and food.

[EDIT DEC-2016] Annoyed that a review I wrote YEARS ago is listed as being very recent. This TGIFs has lost a star for me; the food is OK but the beer selection is meh and the staff are cold and inattentive, you can sit there with an empty glass while they chat and I waited so long last night to have my credit card processed that I left cash even though they got less of a tip. None of the staff listed in my original review work there any more. ORIGINAL REVIEW WRITTEN AROUND 2010... I noticed that theres a few negative reviews and my guess is that most people only bother to write a review when they have a bad experience. This is my local bar so I go here a lot and they treat me like royalty. The bar staff are awesome, especially Jay, Evonne, Dave, & Mike. I have nothing bad to say about the place; good food, great service, excellent selection of beer - even Shorts Bellaire Brown on draft! Keep up the good work guys.

I went there with a group of 9 and the place was not busy at all. We told the hostess that we have 9 people and she tried to put us in a 6 person booth. I told her "can we put some tables together?" and she gave major attitude. Finally we are seated and we ask for water all around. The server took 20 minutes to come back with water. Then we order an appetizer and she brings it but we had no plates or silverware. I had to go find her to get the plates and silverware because she never came back to the table. We order the meal the same time we order the appetizers and it took over an hour to get our food. We were there for 2 1/2 hours for dinner. This used to be our favorite place to eat. Not anymore...they lost our business for sure!!

This restaurant gives Fridays a Horrible Look. The parking lot was not even half way full and The Service was very slow. Unmotivated personal is the first thing you will encounter here. Did not get any refills and waited over an hour for the wrong food. Food was bland and definitely was reheated. Manager does not display the proper skills of running a Casual Dinning restaurant and had no response for the service that was provided. Overall staff was disappointing. The Chef was a Cuckold bringing the remaining of my dish after I was finished eating. Cleanliness is very poor. The smell of bathroom lurks in the facility. Huge turn off. Had a very hard time opening my wallet to pay my bill...

This used to be a good restaurant. I dont know what happened to it, but if my most recent experience is any indication, I expect it will be closed in a year. There were only six other tables occupied, yet it took nearly 30 minutes to receive our entrees, which were overcooked and completely lacking in quality and quantity. A "half-slab" of ribs consisted of five rawhide-consistency bones with barely any meat, and the sides of fries and broccoli were laughable. I want to fault the server, but I cant because he was clearly overworked. I will not return here and am now reluctant to try any Fridays location after being an occasional patron of their restaurants since the 1980s.

What a terrible experience! Believe the bad ratings!!! We visited to try the new quesadillas on the unlimited apps promotion. When we arrived we were seated. Then, 10 to 12 minutes passed with no waitress. My wife got up and asked for help and a few minutes later we finally got a waitress. We ordered the items and thought we were good. Nope, a few minutes later we were told they were out of the quesadillas. I asked for a discount since the full lineup wasnt available, but the waitress said no. I slept for the manager and a man came out. He advised he had no abilities to do anything (not even a free pop or dessert). So we left.
