I will never spend a dollar of my hard earned money at this place again. For years my ex insisted on dragging me there. Every food item on their menu makes me sick, its greasy, its fried or its over seasoned and spicy to cover up the "from a bag" flavor. Then they added a chop salad. It was the only item on their menu that didnt leave me sick the rest of the night. We went their last night ONLY because we had a gift card. They have taken the salad off their menu. They have changed their sizes of chicken wings. So now, you dont order with a number of wings, you order with a size. My fiance over paid by a long shot for this "medium" tray of wings which could have fed an army. $15 for wings... ARE YOU KIDDING? Then we ordered an appetizer which came out so scalding hot it burned my mouth so bad I couldnt even eat any more, after the first bite. I didnt order any meals because at this point I couldnt. So I thought Id order a drink and relax. And they were out of the whiskey I drink. A really popular whiskey. To make matters worse, I sat on the chair that was coated in syrup and sticky stuff and we were seated next to a large table of teenaged boys that were rowdy and loud and kept standing inches from me seated at the table. Not a pleasant view. I couldnt hear my own thoughts. Not a pleasant atmosphere. We wont be back.

This was the worst expiernce Ive ever had at a restaurant. We sat for 15 minutes after we were seen before we were greeted and never received menus. We placed our drink orders and once we got them we were still not given menus and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered a few of the appetizers, desserts, and a shake we knew that was on the menu. Other than the uncooked fried pickles, the food was fine but the $6 cake came without the ice cream and the cheese cake bites without the sauces, on top of that we werent even given silverware. The shake wasnt brought out until ten minutes after Brenna gave us our food because this was her first time to check on us and the shake was obviously terrible because it sat so long. We never received refills on our drinks until we asked to speak to a manager and were told "sure". When the manager Austin came to speak to us he told us he would only take off two things from the bill and no apology or remake was offered. My friend was in a wheelchair and just got out of the hospital and was really looking forward to going to her favorite restaurant. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Prefer this one over novi BUT this store has been upsetting me lately. It seems like every time i go here, my chicken is really tough. Dont know if its because its old or sitting out for a while? Also i placed a pick up order, I ordered boneless honey bbq wings and boneless hot wings, as I get home I realize they didnt sauce the wings, they put it on the side. So i brought it back and asked for them to sauce it and they refused because they were too busy? At my job we have wings and we NEVER get "too busy" to make someones order the correct way. Kind of a disappointment...

Love the food, Love the atmosphere, and the wait staff is satisfactory- but they NEVER seem to have enough help! LONG WAITS for food and service. Dont even think of going with a large group or sports team- the kitchen cant handle it and its poorly managed to handle large crowds. Still will go with the family, love all the TVs and when we did ask to change a channel to a LACROSSE game, they were very accommodating. Sometimes I dont get why "poker" games are on when other sports are on TV, just sayin.

Horrible horrible horrible.. just unbearable how bad the food is. Its worse than eating at a hospital or school. Just so bad.. we ordered fried pickles they come out burnt so we send them back once again the same.. the chicken we had was dry and over cooked as well and the nachos and quesadilla we had were just bad.. will never eat here again. I will only watch sports and drink beer.. unhappy and I will repost this every month..

Its a pretty decent place. Its a bit noisy when busy, and the prices are a little too high, but the wings are usually pretty good, and the place serves food until 2 am, which, if youre me, and youre up late every night, you appreciate. All and all, not my favorite place to go, but its not bad. My tip of the day- Be careful ordering anything that arent wings.

Terrible takeout service. Girl taking order was extremely rude and couldnt shut up long enough to listen to my order. Repeated the sauces 10 times on my order and they werent even in the bag when i picked up the order. Queso was spilled all over the bag with a broken lid. Would go to any other b dubs aside from this one.. especially for takeout.

This is one of the Best Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been to. From the service to the food. Hands down is one the Best. If each BWW establishment had a Server like Kyli Hengesbaugh I would visit on a weekly basis.. She is pleasant to each and everyone that walks through the door..

If your out for a good night with the boys or a tuesday with the fam, b dubbs has cold beer, hot boneless wings, and like two hundred tvs, I really enjoy the UFC fights there. Scott is a solid bar tender. 4 stars....the only reason its not five because its not some paris café

Service is either super food or awful. Last time we went there it took almost 30 min to get our food. Outdoor seating is available but looks at two parking lots and another building. Otherwise just a normal bww. Renovation are happening in February of 2016

Like other Buffalo Wild Wings, it is great for three things, wings, beer, and sports. This location is nice because it is right in the mall complex and is reasonably easy to get too. If you forget about the roundabouts for a minute ;)

Some days are better than others. They skimp on take out orders. Some days you get actual wings with meat and other times you get just breading. They are always slow. If you go make sure you dont have plans. Its just ok.

My bf and i went to bdubs for my birthday today and it was amazing food,amazing service. Except the fact that my boyfriend got a set of silverware that was dirty but,they replaced it immediately.
