This place is okay. I do, however, have to say that this place overcharges for just about everything, even when things are on special (food-wise). Kids meals are $4 with 5 pieces of smiley fries, the wings (when not on special) cost just about the same as how many youre getting, and its nearly $3 for a soda...FOR A SODA!!! thats just to name a few...The service was great, though, as I got everything I needed fast. I didnt even have to ask for a refill once! The food came out quickly, and it does have a great atmosphere during big games. All in all, If you like bang for your buck, I would highly recommend you stay away from this place, as it will rack up a tab in no time. But, if you have some extra money that your willing to shell out for some wings, then this is your place.

I love this place. When I called in a to go order they told me on the phone 20-25 minutes. I came to pick up my food, stood in line for another 25 minutes after I was told it was "being bagged" when it wasnt. Id rather have you tell me its Saturday and it will be about 45 minutes. Then when I did finally get my order bagged, I double checked it and there still wasnt one full order in there. Please just double check everything and be honest on when the order is up, being bagged and time frame. I know its a Saturday and you guys are busy so be honest. Not happy with this experience at all. I called at 7pm and I am just now leaving with my food at 8:05.

One of the better BW3 wings Ive experienced, fully updated with lots of TVs Lots does not do it justice basically you get a TV to watch your favorite sports game from any angle or seating option. For a national chain the staff are very friendly and even provided a complimentary ice cream for the birthday girl and Cocktail for the newly weds which was an extra touch. Though it caters more to the meat eater, there are few options for the veggie eater with combinations of salads and or the Build your own black bean burger or wraps. Excellent place for the sports fan or just a gather point for some friends and family to chill and relax.

I have been to several BWs in various locations and never was a fan. My son wanted to try the local BWs so I reluctantly agreed. I was pleased that the Howell location was the first in which our food was the proper temperature. The boneless wings were nice and crispy, not soggy like I had been expecting. The blackened chicken salad was full of nicely seasoned chicken and crispy greens. The server was friendly, attentive, and personable. I will visit this location again!

i love going there for the food because its not but the waitresses arent very good. when i go with friends that are old enough to drink they only pay attention to them, or if i am there with people who arent drinking they never come check on us or refill our drinks because we are teenagers and dont look like we will tip or something. so waitresses have to step up their customer service game, we are all customers.

Stopped in Buffalo Wild Wings before 3:00 on a weekday & ordered wings & drinks for my wife & I. The wings came about 20 minutes later and looked like they were reheated leftovers. kinda felt like petrified wood, very overcooked. First time at this location & last! Also the help like to hang together in their own booth & goof around. Only around 4 other customers in the restaurant.

Recieved our pager and was told it was going to be about 40 mins. And hour later we ho up and they said they skipped us, our pager never went off, and was told we had to wait an additional 25 mins until a table would be ready. Manager apologize but offered no help or reason.

Great beer selection is about the best thing that can be said for it. Always crowded on weekends to near over capacity and the service suffers for it. The staff always does the best they can considering. Good place to watch a game and drink if you can get a seat

I agree with most reviews. Great wait staff, super helpful and friendly Everytime and I come here alot. They have game tabs for FREE and give us one for each child in our party. Buffalo blazin rewards adds up fast and youll be getting free stuff in no time!

The inconsistencies make this place sub par. The level of service each time Ive been here is either great or terrible. The sauce on the wings is either just enough to cover them or barely covers them. Im so over this fad.

This place has routinely given me and my work crew a serious shafting. How hard can it possibly be to deep fry a bunch of crappy frozen food. BWW is bad in general but the Howell one has achieved all time low status.

Great food, very light sauce on your wings. Staff is friendly. We had a new server that wasnt the best. 1 of the other servers stepped in to help out! Would give more stars if they didnt light sauce the wings.

Was told that gift card couldnt be used and had to use another payment method after done eating. They couldnt run a gift card because the machines were being weird but had no problem running a credit card.

Just what you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Good wings, beer, and service. The onion rings and fried mushrooms are pretty greasy, but that may be okay, depending on your mood ;)

Its a typical sports bar. Waiters will vary in attentiveness. Learn your waiters name and call them by name and youll be fine. Otherwise it would be frustrating.
