ZOUP at 25 Michigan in Grand Rapids. I got the try two for $7.75, I made it a cup for 0.99 and a "special soup" for 0.50. 7.75+.99+.50 = 9.24 x .06 tax = .55 9.24 + 0.55 = 9.79 they charged me 10.33 when i brought this up to them they said "oh well some soups cost more, the .50 is just the starting price for how much extra it would cost" They said "it doesnt say that anywhere" and refused to discount the price for their "hidden fees" also my sandwich "couldnt be warmed because their machine broke" but that was still full price. I got a turkey club two small pieces of turkey 1 slice of tomato that covered less than half the sandwich 1 square of cheese cut in half mayo and a single 2 inch piece of bacon they only get 2 stars because I am trying to say something nice, the soup tasted alright, it was a bit cold and it certainly wasnt worth $6 for 12 oz of soup from a food court vendor. terrible. never going back.

Watch out for the people that come in during lunch break at this location. Sometimes these geniuses will come in and order for their whole office instead of calling ahead so the workers can prepare before the rush. My wait time at this supposed fast-casual restaurant was around half an hour and literally 25 people turned around and left when they heard how long it would take to get a simple cup of soup/sandwich. As for the actual soup, its good but the prices they charge are beyond what its worth for the amount/quality of food you get.

I paid $13.25 for my salad... I dont think she stole the money, but I think the cashier was not very bright.... management offered no solution other than telling me that I lost a 5 and 1- her cashier gave me the correct change... funny thing my change that I was given was the cost of my salad before taxes... I love Zoup, but will not be visiting this location again...

Very freindly staff. Taste testing the soup is allowed and it helped me decide on my soup choice which was very rich and flavorful. The sandwich choices vary and are all made with fresh bread. I will definitely go again ASAP. I want to try EVERYTHING!

Soup and salad were very good. Some (not all) of the servers could use some c.s. training. Made us feel we were imposing on their coversation to place our order. The Holland location makes you feel very welcome. Not so much here...at least not today.

Disappointed that only 3 staff members are taking caring of a Thursday Lunch hour. It was very slow and understaffed. I would not go back due to the lack of respect of a customers time and .5 hr lunch time & my order was to go.

Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. Theres only been a handful of times that they had a line. Always have fresh soups out (which taste great!). Youll never get tired of their varieties of soups, thats for sure.

A very good place to eat. A bit expensive, but very filing. Soup is impressive and they have a large selection that changes daily. One can get email updates as to what soup will be available on a daily basis.

Love the soups except the customer service isnt good. Tables are usually dirty while plenty of staff are engrossed with each other in conversation or bored. Recommend getting food to go.
