My wife and I decided to take advantage of her Free Birthday Entree that expires on Jan 31st. Since we were close to the store and hungry, we decided to stop for lunch and use our Entree coupon I had the card setting on the table but did not mention it to the waitress (Who by the way did a very nice job) When it came time to pay I was informed the reward was for a dinner entree not lunch. The card did not indicate that it could only be used for evening dining. Our total bill was for $36 plus tip so it wasnt like we bought the cheapest thing on the menu. My point being, please indicate that the reward cards are only useful for dinner service and do not qualify for any items on the luncheon menu. The food was excellent.

Many business give themselves an exotic name that conjures images of a pleasant past experience. Often times, these establishments succeed at promises far better than they succeed at execution. Marcos excels. The menu is imaginative and appetizing. The preparation suggests care and investment on the part of the kitchen staff and the front of house service is informed and professional. It has a bright décor, a good wine list and this satisfied customer.

A most excellent meal! Service was quick and professional. The wine selection was quite good. The calamari was the best Ive ever eaten! We also had lobster bisque and french onion soup, both of which were quite tasty. Then we had an order of lamb and one of walleye, both of which were really excellent. And the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Love the decor and ambiance of Marco. 3 of us stopped for dinner, French onion and lobster bisque soups are outstanding. Risotto and spinach salad terrific, I would give 5 stars however my wifes Lobster roll was quite fishy. I will definitely go back and try some other dishes.

Easily the best dining for the money in Grand Rapids. Excellent food and service, impressive wine list. Chef-owned restaurants are the way to go. Marcos is one of GRs best-kept secrets and I dont understand why - its fantastic!
