I had hoped for this to be a new spot on the lake but unfortunately after visiting Blue Water, it will even be on my list to eat when at Center Hill. A big group of my friends spend the weekends out on the lake and this weekend we went to Blue Water at 6:00pm. Our waitress was sweet and the crowd seemed like good people but my friends canceled their food after waiting 3 hours. I did not want to cancel because I was assuming it would surely be out soon. I asked for a status of my order and they said another 20 minutes. This was very shocking to me. I really wanted to express this to the manager. When she came to our table to was as rude as can be. I work in the hospitality and customer service industry so this really disappointed me. She acted like over 3 hours to wait was normal. She said by the time the food was placed it was technically 2 hours and 45 min from when we got our food. How is that ok? We had to pay $30 a person to end up taking our food to-go. I am not happy with the long wait but even more not happy with the managers very poor attitude and service. She should not be in the service industry and is the reason we will not be back at this restaurant and will let our lake friends know as well. I would love to express more details with upper management because I am sure they are interested in knowing about the service at their establishment.

Made reservations for dinner tonight with two elderly parents and two children. Got to the restaurant and went through the effort of walking down the large hill and to the restaurant only to find out that they had a power outage and were closed. We than had to spend 15 minutes walking back. We wasted 30 minutes with the whole ordeal. In my opinion it was piss poor management not to put a sign up before we walked all the way down to the restaurant. It would have taken a sharpie and a piece of cardboard and it would have saved us the long trip with two kids and two elderly folks. Wont be back

Food was delicious, Server was great, and the atmosphere was awesome! Seating was difficult to obtain, and the wait was about an hour for food - considering we had a group of 15, thats not terrible, but still a little slow. Because of the great food and "casual" feel, four stars. Tea was delicious as well.

Great food & peaceful atmosphere. Been here several times & the food is always good. The staff is very nice. This is a place to go to relax & enjoy, not to be in a rush. This not a 5 star city restaurant, it is a 5 star marina restaurant. It is exactly what it should be & we love it.

Amazing food and service. We had steak and blackened fish tacos and both were simply gorgeous. The views are spectacular and well worth the confusing parking situation.
