Last few times Ive been there they took at least 15 minutes to get the food after I ordered and not busy at all. Once took almost a half hour. They all appear absolutely confused and constantly handle peoples food because they cant remember what is in a particular burger. If there was any other "fast" food in downtown walking distance Id never eat there due to the service, when you get the food it is always good, yet cold.

Its a flint thing. If youre just driving thru and want to taste some local flair this is a great, fast food choice. May all of Flint recommend you try the Olive Burger, fries or rings (both are traditional style) and a Boston Cooler made with Detroits own Vernors Ginger Ale. Youll be smiling, burping and patting your belly for several more miles.

Love the food! Love Halo Burger! However, 5:00pm is way to early to close. I mean its downtown, people want to eat then, right near a campus with 2 other campuses just down the road, and did I mention its downtown? It would be nice to have a Boston Cooler on my way home after my 5:30-6:45 class. Stay open longer!

I have been a Halo Burger customer for around 40 years. I have fond memories of going downtown Flint and getting a Halo Burger on the weekends when I was a child. Best hamburger in town! Thanks Halo Burger for so many years of good old fashion home made hamburgers.

Weve never (!) had a bad meal at 501. Ever! Having eaten there many many times, each time is special. With a changing menu, a great wine list and an even better beer selection, the 501 is a must stop for anyone visiting the Flint area.

Pretty bad when your ordering inside and they stop the customers order to fill one for a employee.Horrible service never again will I go here till I try somewhere out of Flint!!!Very disappointed

Great burgers but I love my ketchup on a good Burger. Halo Burger falls short in that department. They use hunts ketchup which has to be the worst ketchup out there. I normally bring my own.
