The service here was awful. I work with a wonderful young man who is learning to be more independent. We have been practicing ordering food and eating out. The woman we ordered from refused to look at him as he was ordering and only spoke to me. She rolled her eyes through the entire process of him counting out money, and tried to hand me HIS change (I basically am there for moral support and not involved in the ordering process unless he needs help). When we sat down with his order, he realized he they didnt give him what he asked for, so we had to go back to the counter to correct our order. Not only the woman who took our order, but also the manager rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed, were very rude, and made us both feel uncomfortable and our needs unimportant. He felt bad for saying anything, which to me is wrong because he didnt even get what he wanted! We both agreed that if we decide to go to A&W again, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Beside the long wait time and the attitude of the vendors, this place was a disgrace. 10$ for a small, thin, bacon burger and cold cheese curds at a 13 minute wait time. And they forgot the drink. And looked at me like I just fodder. Felt like having a burger and they really dissapointed me. MacDonalds is far better than them, any day.

Woman who was taking my order was very rude! After I paid for what I owed them, I asked if I could have some change back, and she screamed at me, "NO!" right at the top of her lungs! But thats not the worst of it... The food was horrible too! My fries were cold and my burger tasted dry! DO NOT GO TO THIS A&W!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was about to come here for dinner im a huge fan of A&W but after seeing these reviews i just cant do it and thats really disappointing to think ill be getting some burgers at some other business. Do they even pay attention to their own ratings? SMH

Fries tasted like old frying grease, burgers were cold, and floats were root beer with watered down Ive cream. No wonder why theres always a long at taco bell and no one is ever at a&w
